So I have already bred my team and this is what my team is.
Murkow with a Modest Nature
Shuppet with a Modest Nature
Nidoran Male with a Adamant Nature
Marill with a Adamant Nature
Ralts with Jolly Nature
The Ralt is going to be a Gallade btw
Is this an in-game team? If so that should be more than enough to beat the game.

Yeah it In-game
I'll just point out that Nidoran and Murkrow are not in the Hoenn dex. If you're playing OR/AS and don't have the National Dex, they might not be able to evolve.
youve only got 5 mon, is that intentional

This isn't true, I began AS with Pidgey and it's ??? in Hoenndex, but it can evolve. This rule only applies to FR/LG Happiness evolutions before Nationaldex.

I stand corrected. I wouldn't do that myself though, since I feel the point of these games is to experience playing with the Hoenn Pokémon. It's a nostalgia thing.
I had a sligoo on my OR team.

My starter is going to be my 6
I'm actually very tempted to train my 6 IV Eevee, to evolve into Sylveon in Alpha Sapphire. It will need the move tutors when I finish the game anyway.

Perhaps slightly off topic, but as an aside - National Dex Pokemon can appear in-game before you actually get the National Dex, and I don't just mean in Victory Road. I was breeding Electrike to get one with a nature that didn't hurt SpA or Speed (I was bored of grinding low-level team additions) and when I was done, I went on Wonder Trade to dispense of the Lv1 Electrikes, and got some nationalmon in return (of course). The relevance? I suspect obtaining nationaldex Pokemon triggers something in-game, because by the time I got to Lilycove, I'd caught both Aipom and Elgyem from the route just prior, right outside the safari zone, via PokeNav.

I read somewhere that the Primal Groudon/Kyogre story triggers National Dex pokémon via the DexNav.

I can confirm that.
Around that point you can also receive the National Pokédex from Professor Birch. Wallace tells you that as well.
