Well what is it? Are you a purebred or have a little bit of everything in you?
As for me, i'm American with parts of Swiss, German, Hungarian, Irish, Welsh, Cherokee, Viking, and Romanian. I could also possibly be French, Italian, and English, but we're not quite sure of that.
not rly sure anyone on the planet is "pure bred" but whatever
mostly i call myself british, cause i'm a big mix, but getting deeper in to it, i'm mostly scottish, english, irish, then going down a bit in the family line is german, norman (ie, northern france), prooooobably some roman and viking. i'm just a big gross amalgamation of european lmao

psh i am, 100% pakistani
im irish and then a large spicy european soup which i do not know specifics on
I'm part Finnish, part Mi'kmaq, but mostly just a confusing mess. I seriously can't keep track of whatever the rest of my heritage is, it's just some sort of mix of european countries.
Um as far as I know I'm mostly Scottish although my paternal grandfather was English (hence my English surname!) and apparently my mother's grandfather was Spanish (lol) but I'm not quite sure if I believe that. And like probably 99% of the Scottish population there's most likely a bit of Irish in there somewhere. A bit boring really!
im like 50/50 scottish/irish which explains why im 100% drunk at all times
i am 50% pee and 50% poo, basically im 100% toilet
edit: oh man talk about awkward post placement, this was meant to be my usual unfunny toilet humour and it looks more like a Sass, please forgive me john
i will redeem it by admitting my german heritage (which explains why i like to homoerotically bully people) and my jamaican/scottish heritage (spliffs and whiskey)
also white bread n roast beef english but who cares about that

eh?????? eh?????????? //bow tie spins around as i awkwardly wet myself and sheepishly exit stage left//
I'm also an American, but being American of course comes with being from 635 different backgrounds, at least. My big ones is that I'm about half French-Canadian, about 25% polish, and something like 15% english with some scottish and stuff in the mix. The rest of the percentage is the European Mix I suppose.
i am a large european mix but mostly i am from england
both of my parents are english but going from there only one of my grandparents had english parents and i cba to go into everyone rn but basically i'm english, yiddish, german and welsh as ones that probably actually count.
I'm English with a very tiny bit of Spanish iirc

muhed you know mathematics has never been my strong suite
I am Scottish on both sides, but the Scottish on my dad's side is actually Welsh, because the Bells moved to Scotland in 1783, and changed their name to Beall, and my mother's family are Mcilwees of the clan Macgillivray. My Grandmother is Belgian, and my Granfather was born to a Prussian and a Scotsman, but lived in Britain, and is British by nature. My Grandmother on my dad's side is Ukranian. Also, I may be Irish.

phew, i was all passport'd and ready to skip the country for a moment, thank u for ur infinite mercy _;(´□`」 ∠):_
i will scrub all the floors in hyrule to repay my pennance
Let's see... grandfather's family was early settlers in Canada from Germany, but I don't know the stock they married into, so probably a bajillion things now. Dads side all came from central Canada and the farthest non-Canadian we can trace is Irish, but there's a ton of other stuff in there too somewhere. Probably just an amalgam of everything under the sun, really.
My mum's side is all Scottish for a few generations back at least. All from the Western Isles but I think there's some Irish on my dad's side?
My surname is one of the most common on the Western Isles so yeah I'm pretty Scottish I guess lol.
75% Black Country, 25% Geordie.
So I can drink, and I can fight.
Both of my parents are scottish, dad has irish grandparents.
Lots of Scottish people on here, eh?
Well, this site is mostly english, and since scotland is a part of england (I think, i'm not good at geography).....
Edit: I mean UK, excuse me

scotland is not a part of england
scotland is part of britain/the uk (england, wales, scotland, northern ireland (ni's not in britain but w/e))
but i will not begrudge you this mistake as i got the maldives and moldover mixed up once
^Like I said, i'm not good with geography and just call England at face value, England. I know I know, i'm a swine.
...Hooray for being mostly English?!
I'm also 3% Norwegian on my paternal grandmother's side. Little bit of Mediterranean blood, tiny bit of Irish..
(As far as I know anyway, there's a good chance there's some French in there too)

well dont get too hopeful, i can't talk for whatever the hell Harper is trying to do in canada (apart from his horrid cuts to scientific research) but the tories here are actively making it their mission to privatise and ruin the nhs for some reason
i say some reason as if that reason aint "break it up, ruin it, go 'look! it ain't workin! shut it down.' and then palm it off to my rich chums" as is tory protocol but you know
Meanwhile Republicans here tried to block a bill dictating health insurance policy/offers that small businesses must give to employees, which including funding for small businesses that would give them the ability to give their employees these benefits.
hey all i told you was that our ruling party is actively killing the already struggling nhs in a tragicomic Retro-obamacare move, thought it was a nice bit of gallows humour.
i really dont want to play Who Has It Worse in a field of swings and roundabouts tbh??? like you know when milsap starts up on the "bloody yanks" rhetoric and it ticks you off a little well its like that with us lot and the whole 'well! free healthcare tho!' thing cos it really is in Trouble atm
like look up andrew lansley's reforms wherein they want the nhs to become a bidding ground for private contractors, its depressin readin for our National Healthcare Utopia
Woah woah guys, let's get this back on track now.
I think that we're part french, but the Italian and English is questionable.

He's also the chump that started the thread
he what???? ooooohhhhhhhhhhh now he's done it
//rolls sleeves up and flexes// prepare for the wedgie of a lifetime shinyblaziken!
this would never have happened in an independent scotland.
Yeah, i'm just gonna lock this topic before it gets worse and save the mods some trouble.
If you guys want to argue more about it, that's not my problem.
