"Pokémon Channel: Together with Pikachu" looks set to be one of the most obscure games ever created. The Pokémon TV channel have lost parts of their most popular TV shows and it's up to you and Pikachu to find the clips, and get them back on the air.

There are many things to do with Pikachu in the game- you can watch TV, go to the forest, or give Pika some advice- rumours suggest that the advice will include such gems as, "never eat yellow snow", and "always trust strangers".

There are numerous locations in the game, all based upon Hoenn. These include beach areas, mountainous areas, and forests.

You can actually watch the TV shows too, and there appears to be something for everyone: news, quiz shows and teleshopping. Perhaps the most exciting thing is a Pichu Bros (from the 3rd movie) cartoon in DVD quality.

Two other somewhat sub-features of the game include being able to re-colour the TV shows, play a virtual Pokémon Mini and "collect" 3D "NiceCard" lenticulars. That's those fridge magnets that change picture depending on how you look at them to you and me.

Cube-Europe got hold of some screenshots. You should probably check out their site, too.

you don't start your own TV channel... v.v;; The run-down: Oakkie wants you to be the first to test a new TV set, some magnemite deliver it to your backyard, Pikachu and some pals follow them, and the others run like sissies when they arrive while Pikachu stays... You and Pikachu get to do all sorts of weird crap and watch some shows, painting pictures you take from em and selling em (Hey, what happened to copyrighting here, folks?!) Blah blah blah...
