This has to be the least known about missing episode. I say missing, because it's not really banned, it has just in fact never been shown! It was due to be shown in Japan December 31, 1997, just after the Porygon episode, but due to the Porygon episode, Pokémon wasn't show again in Japan until April 16, 1998, and consequently this episode was never shown! Its content remains a mystery to this day, 4 years on...
It's title was "Oomisoka da yo! Poketto Monsutaa"
