AboutAs per usual, rather than let us have Pokémon in the game ready to catch, Nintendo are adamant certain Pokémon (or features) need to be hidden from us until they're ready to release them. Ever since Gen III, this has been controlled through the use of Tickets, and ever since Gen IV they have been released over Nintendo's own Wi-Fi Connection. This page details all the currently known Wifi events that Nintendo will host for Pokémon Black and White.
Liberty Pass
The 
Liberty Pass allows you to catch a special ferry from Liberty Pier in Castelia City to Liberty Island. After battling past Team Plasma you will find 
Victini - this is the only place you can find it within the whole of Unova.

Cubchoo
Cubchoo is only found in Winter in the Unova region, making this download an easy way to get a sometimes tricky to obtain Pokémon.

Mystery Egg
The Mystery Egg could hatch into one of three Pokémon: 
Pansage, 
Pidove or 
Axew. These Pokémon were chosen to match the Pokémon caught by Cilan, Ash and Iris respectively in the Anime series. All the Pokémon have maximum IVs in Attack, Special Attack and Speed.

More evidence that Isshu=America? And then, at the time of the US release, they will just throw it at us and forget to make a special launch wi-fi event and great mobilization. I realy hope they release black and white before christmas but thats not possible D: i just wish pokemon was made by americans, the japanese people are always tarnishing pokemon. i hope it comes out in the european area the event when come out? in us I found Cubchoo in Autumn in Dragonspiral Tower, and he's really common there. Go catch him there w/o the event!
