Don't panic. Okay panic. Now come back. Move Tutors my friend, ah yes, who have been around since Crystal and expanded in further generations and games. Move Tutors are handy little guys who teach your Pokemon moves that normally couldn't get by normal means, only, of course if they are compatible. No teaching Draco Meteor to a Wurmple, as much as you'd like to.

HeartGold and SoulSilver also follow this trend. All move tutors give out an unlimited teachings but all have their own price and conditions.

Ilex Forest Tutor

Price: Two thousand Pokedollers. Nah, just kidding. It's Free.
Special Notes: Located in Ilex Forest, a man staring a tree will teach your Pokemon Headbutt as many times as you want, if course your pokemon can learn it. It'll allow you to Headbutt any tree and battle Pokemon who fall out.

Blackthorn City Tutors

The Mystic Dragon Town, Blackthorn City offers us quite a few intresting choices. Located in one of the houses are two tutors, one will teach the unqie and special elemental hyper beams to your pokemon, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon The other will teach Draco Meteor The elemental hyper beams can only be taught to starter Pokemon and those in their evolution line, while Draco Metor can be taught to any dragon Pokemon including Arceus holding a Draco Plate.

Battle Frontier Tutors

Time for the cool stuff. After you've beaten the Elite Four you can go to the Battle Frontier which is just east of Olivine City Before getting into the actual Frontier itself, you'll come across the Battle Frontier Access which has several houses, and in one of these is the Move Tutors. The Move Tutors have a massive amount of moves to help your Pokemon Learn, but they require Battle Points before they do that. Below is the prices, a grey background indicates this is unique to HeartGold and SoulSilver and cannot be taught by a Move Tutor in Platinum or Diamond and Pearl. So in that regard, they're unique to HGSS.
