The gang are once again riding on Lapras towards the next Island. In a general chat, Tracey brings up the subject that it�s strange how Togepi hasn�t learnt any attacks yet. Ash comments on how if Togepi had been brought up by him, it would have obviously learnt some attacks by now� until Misty stares at him and he shuts up. Suddenly, Lapras lets out a cry, and lurches violently. The gang realise that they�re being sucked into a whirlpool!

The gang soon wake up, and find themselves on a beach. Tracey starts getting excited, and informs the group that they�re on Pinkan Island (how in the world does he know where they are?). Tracey explains that Pinkan Island is a mysterious island surrounded by whirlpools, which contains lots of rare Pokemon. Ash immediately springs into action when he learns the words �Rare Pokemon.�

The gang go to climb a nearby cliff. When they reach the top, they look over and see� a pink Rhyhorn! Tracey silently creeps towards it and starts sketching it. Ash meanwhile goes walking straight up to it and disturbs it. It thunders into Ash, knocking him backwards into Tracey. The Rhyhorn then starts charging towards the group at all full speed. They all cringe and close their eyes, and it looks like nothing can save them� that is, until Togepi starts waving it�s arms around, teleporting them out of harms way!

The gang open their eyes and look around in disbelief. Misty then realises that the Rhyhorn has disappeared. Then they wander over to the edge of the cliff, and see hanging onto an edge about 50m below! They realise that after they teleported the Rhyhorn mustn�t have had time to stop and run over the edge of the cliff!

Suddenly, Officer Jenny arrives in a Jeep. She sees what has happened and tells the gang off for provoking the Rhyhorn. Eventually, using ropes and the Jeep, they manage to heave the Rhyhorn back onto the top of the cliff.

Team Rocket are watching all this in their Magikarp Submarine. They decide that they can steal the Pink Rhyhorn �for the boss,� but then they get sucked into a whirlpool...

Meanwhile the Rhyhorn has been saved and it walks off quietly. Officer Jenny explains that as the Pokemon are used to her and know her, they won�t attack her. Tracey suddenly notices that Pikachu�s tail and cheeks have gone pink. Ash starts to get worried, but Officer Jenny laughs and explains that Pinkan berries grow on the Island, turning the Pokemon who ate them pink, but only temporarily. They all start to make their way to the nearby town.

Team Rocket meanwhile have finally made it onto the beach. Jessie tells them to keep an eye out for Pink Pokemon, when they spot one� our ol� pal Jigglypuff. Team Rocket quickly run away into the nearby forest, where they see all kinds of Pink Pokemon. They talk about opening an amusement park with them all, and send out their Pokemon to try and round them up. That is, until a Pink Nidoking arrives and starts chasing Team Rocket...

Officer Jenny meanwhile, has explained to Ash that Pinkan Island is a Pokemon Reserve, and then trespassers are prosecuted. She says she�ll let the gang off though, since they arrived by accident and helped her rescue Rhyhorn.

Suddenly a warning buzzer sounds. Officer Jenny runs outside and into the Jeep quickly, explaining that the buzzer means poachers have got onto the Island. Ash and Co. ask if they can come along, and Officer Jenny agrees.

Team Rocket have (finally) managed to fight off the Nidoking, and are about to capture it when Officer Jenny and the gang arrive. Team Rocket go through their usual motto. Pikachu is about to attack, when Nidoking charges straight into Team Rocket, sending them �Blasting Off Again!� However, it still isn�t happy, and turns back and starts chasing Officer Jenny and the gang!

Jenny quickly drives away, but ends up in a dead end! (I thought she knew this Island). Nidoking starts off a Hyper Beam, and sends it towards the Jeep! But of course, the little baby Togepi starts waving its arms again, creating a Barrier, which deflects the Hyper Beam. Everybody is now safe.

Later on, Officer Jenny takes them safely past the whirlpools in her boat. She tells the gang not to tell anybody after Pinkan Island, for the safety of the Pokemon. Misty explains to the gang that she thinks Togepi is the reason the Rhyhorn didn�t charge them off the cliff, and also the reason why the Nidoking�s Hyper Beam didn�t hurt them- after all, Togepi was waving it�s arms on the latter occasion. Ash and Tracey dismiss this as they sail off into the sunset. Fools...
