I don't think mega scepy will get much gains in spa because of lightning rod but maybe an attack boost.
Though mega swampert looks scary. It looks bulkier and slower (i think they will take away some speed points for swift swim) but major attack and defence gains. Like major.

Grass Dragon and lightningrod ability avoids thunderwave+boost in spa which is what he needs
