Pokemon Project Studio Red and Blue

I found the cds for these two programs while sorting through my cd collection earlier.

I read that they don't work on windows 7 or 8 but they may work on windows xp.

I'm going to see if I can make them work on windows xp as I may have a use for the clip art images while making videos in Sony Vegas.

Pokemon Project Studio Red and Blue have a fairly limited selection of images, as they were released around the time that the original Gameboy games were, and because of this, I'm not able to get any images of the things I may need (Potions, Held items, etc). Are there any websites with decent quality images that I could use?
