Which of these racing games do you recommend?

I'm going to buy my fiancé a laptop for his birthday. He likes racing games, so I decided to look on GOG for some. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about any of the games. Star Wars Racer is the only exception, because my brother used to play it.

Which would you say are the best ones?
