Title: Hoenn Starters and Hitmons in Battle Trozei?

I'm having a bit of difficulty unlocking these Pokemon for capture, but the game doesn't really hint at how to get them (unless I missed something...?) I know what stages they're on, so that's not an issue. Anybody know their respective requirements?
