Mine's gotta be 'Hocus Pokemon' just because Lily, that magician lady is just so ditzy and that Ash gets turned into a Pikachu. it was too bad that he didn't stay as Pikachu longer.
Also, i like 'Gotta Catch Ya Later' just because they made it seem so tragic that Ash isn't ever going to see Misty again (which we all know he does) and then when Ash starts calling out her and Brock's name, and they just appear out of nowhere, hehe...
Hey, if the special eps. 'Raikou, Legend of Thunder' count, then they're up there too. they were originally aired in the Johto season, probably to make up the fact that Raikou never really appears as a main pokemon
