So is there a good example of an RP form somewhere around here? I've been looking through old dusty threads to no avail.

Depends on what exactly you need done.

This is a general one:

[b]Name:[/b]
[b]Age:[/b]
[b]Gender:[/b]
[b]Description:[/b]
[b]Personality:[/b]
[b]History:[/b]
[b]Other:[/b]
If you're playing as animal or pokemon then typically you would create a "species" field under Gender, and so on and so forth.

I was pretty much doing that anyway. Just wanted to check and see if I was doing okay and hadn't forgotten anything.
