Title: Favourite movies that are older than you
Post by: Petzbreeder on March 23, 2017, 14:14
I watched Return From Witch Mountain yesterday, which is one of my favourite movies of all time. It was released in 1978. I like the whole "mind control a kid with special powers" idea.

What are your favourite movies that are older that you?
Why do you like them?

Rebecca (1948). It's based on a fantastic book by Daphne Du Maurier and has some brill acting vis a vis my fave guy to ever have lived Laurence Olivier. It's a fantastic film and also Hitchcock directed and everybody should watch it.

Disney's Hercules (1997) - I mean it's only like 7 months older but still lmao. I Won't Say (I'm in Love) is like definitely top 3 Disney songs and Hades is just the best Disney villain, only problem is its only 93 minutes long :(

Heathers (1988).  it's my lifeblood and imo the best teen drama film ever made, even above mean girls and wild child.

Alladin, I guess! The  genie (http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Genie) is very funny!

I did not know until very recently there was an Alladin 2 (http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/The_Return_of_Jafar)

Why are genies kept in lamps? Of all the most random things!

And just before Alladin rubbed the lamp he said he could see something written on it. If anything, what was it?

Alladin 2:
Spoiler: show
Jafar yet again defeats himself!
