So today's gym session was pretty fantastic and it's nice to know that all of this accumulated knowledge is paying off since I remember my first ever gym session and I was on the steps machine before spouting "I'M KEEPING IT AT 14 HEUHEU" to one of the old men that were there at the time.

I'll have a bath at 6 and crack on with this stats work but it shouldn't take long since it's literally just a case of punching in some commands and formulas and recording my findings.

Actually managed to be productive today, despite the universe conspiring against me.

Bought PVRIS' White Noise album, got the songs on my iPod. And the laptop I used likes to take its time.

Also scraped through some difficult-as-heck lessons at college, which are dragging me down a little. Not enough for anything bad to happen, though.

I found some perfect battle music for a fight between Latias and Rayquaza and the mega evolved forms!

I can't link to it, though, because I don't think I'm allowed to link to the site I got it from!

Finally bought my dress for summer ball, although it would have been less effort if my boyfriend didn't decide that he was going to wear navy (because you can't wear a black dress if he's wearing a navy suit). Anyway, despite all that, the dress I've bought is a size 12!!!!!! And even then it's a little big! I'm actually losing weight this is incredible!

After three months I've finally finished the first draft of my project. Now to take a few weeks off before I start editing. I think I might just write some fanfiction for a bit. I could do with working on something lighter.

Managed to get the guitar out for a quick try at Give Me A Try.

Should see Civil War with the guys tomorrow, hoping to go down and get the tickets if my friend didn't get the tickets like he said he would.

It's rather pathetic if he's having a strop because I went out without inviting him since he goes out without us. It was a completely different group too, so I just want to tell him where to go.

oh wow so i hopped on tinder because i was sick of meeting guys at clubs because they've been shallow, flaky, and usually not spoken much english and in my swiping adventures i met this kid who went to a college in my state so i decided i'd give him a right swipe even tho i was iffy about it

turns out he's from my hometown, abroad for a semester like me, and he used to have all the same friends as me when he was a freshman and sophomore but i became friends with his old friends after he stopped hanging out with them so i never heard of him. his old friends are still my good friends and we used to do all the same stuff just never together b/c fate and we meet here of all places and can't stop talking to each other

he's taking me out to some craft beer place thursday night, so i'm infinitely hyped.

i can't explicitly say i accomplished something but i feel like i still did... i accomplished going out with a guy this semester who isn't a jerk maybe?
