In Platinum there is a pond near the villa and a guy there says that there is a monster magikarp residing in there....Has anyone caught it?  :???

Haven't played Platinum in a while but I'm sure he was talking about a Gyarados he saw or lying so you would waste your time.

He's talking about the high level Magikarp you can catch there with a super rod.

Utack and Swampy:
My sister caught a golden magikarp over there once.

Of course, I realize he's talking about the high level magikarp, but I like to think that was the master of the lake he was mentioning XD
