Spell of the Unown was pretty good. It had the girl from the game in it.
Dracon:
I think 4 ever and Destiny deoxys were a bit of a stretch

For me, the even numbered movies (2 and 4) were the best but the odd numbered ones (1, 3, and 5) were nae that good.
I picked 2000, cause it had Lugia in it!

I like them all but I really like...*thinking*The 3rd movie: Spell of the unown I watched that the other night and Team Rocket are even more hillarious in each film! ;D
Dracon:
I really like the Movies 1-3, well, I havent seen them after that anyway, the Pokemon movies are ALWAYS dozens of times better than the Anime, I need to Up-date on them.
