It's a troll set. You run Brave with 0 IV's and gale wings. First turn priority, then you evade 2 attacks then attack with slowness. Then wash rinse repeat.

CM abusing Sylveon is fun:

Ah, the good ol' focus miss at work here.

The best thing is that a Thunderbolt would have been more lethal.
Click on that smexy Tyranaggronigroking to visit my our IV Shop. And possibly buy something.

Well I'm not too sure about that. It had a few Sp. Def boosts by then

Focus Blast is neutral and Thunderbolt gets STAB'd, so it would have done more damage. That said, random sets can be wonky, and I know I've had a Thundurus-Therian with Nasty Plot, Agility, Focus Blast, Grass Knot before... not the most amazing set, but if that was the case, Focus Blast was his only option.

Eiiither way, I was mostly just tickled at the thought of a screaming giraffe destroying everything. :3

Phione MVP

---

On a more serious note, My OU team continues to do well

That's the first match I've done for a while and I didn't have the best opponent, but it's always nice to come back into things with a clear and dominating victory. :)

Someone challenged me while I was doing a couple randoms before bed. He's a cool guy, and this just really goes to show how prepared for everything you need to be in this metagame. His team was pretty solid, but put one single Pokemon on the opposing side of the field and he has nothing that can safely switch in. Be mindful of your bulky/defensive Pokemon's weaknesses, especially if they have a quad weakness to something!

Rich, the link for "do not oppose lord helix" is for the room to the battle, not the replay.

Anywho, DD MegaTar doesn't take much from sledge bomb goodra. Good to know.

Odd, in my sleepy state I must've not saved the replay. Ah well, all you need to know is that Omastar managed to Shell Smash on 2 separate occasions in the match, outsmart a Shuckle, and pretty much ensure a victory in a random battle. Was plenty of laughs.

Also, minor nitpick on the last battle: If your opponent wasn't an idiot, they'd have used Icicle Spear on Greninja after the Smash, and swept your entire team. Also, Crunch does more than EQ to Breloom off TTar, due to STAB. That aside, pretty well played! DD Mega TTar is pretty under-rated, but Mach Punch users (like... Breloom, oddly enough) stop it from being effective.

Well we were both lower ranked, unlike people like you, and maybe he didn't predict the spikes change then to hydro pump.
