Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

whats this talk about february being the cruellest month when december, month of the longest nights, clearly is. just 8 more days and the balance begins to tip the other way and oh boy am i ready.

i mean fer chrissakes all my seed packets say "sow from february" how can it be a bad month?????? ''bluhhhhhhh its too short and also its the month of black people and lgbtqiaetc" how is that bad. fight me anyone who disagree. february is a sign that march is literally round the corner and spring is about to happen even if spring = "slightly less rain than usual" in the UK.

december just = overgregarious consumerism from a stolen pagan festival. in fact thats it, the reason they go "ohhhh feburary is so bad" is cos the january sales are over, xmas YULE is over and no-one can hock half price garbage atr you to make money off you from stuff you werent gonna buy. so spiteful business use 9999999 years of market research and Advanced Psychology and control of everything to make you feel bad!!!!! the turds

honestly tho one of the few things getting me through this mess is the fact that i cant wait to get seeds germinated once february/march arrives

disclaimer:my birthday is actually in september

I'm so useless. My dad asked me to help him with a shed he's building and he asking me if a piece of wood is aligned with something and I didn't know what he was talking about (no point asking him, it would piss him off even more and I still wouldn't know!)

He tells me to push the ceiling(?) he's screwing in(?) with all my strength (what strength?)

Now I dread whenever he asks me for a hand even more! It usually never goes well.

I want to have a massive rant about mental health stuff on here but I've been putting it off for weeks because of how touchy it'll actually be and I don't want to cause unnecessary arguments aha.

Yeh so I’m being consistently harassed by my colleague but there’s no concrete proof & it’s my word against his so they can’t fire him 🙃

Choose your words carefully, otherwise i'd say go for it.

My mum gave me a huge pile of stuff to sort through on my own while she gets rid of a migraine by watching tv.

How does that work?

I think just saying that I wanted to rant about it got it off my chest. I got a bit bothered when my friend popped me up (who has patchy MH) to tell me about someone who was pretending to have what she has for the attention. I typed up a big ol' rant though and deleted it because I had to ask myself "who would pretend to be mentally ill for attention?" and I want to believe that it's just their way of dealing with it and that people don't stoop to that level.

There's a week until Christmas and I still need to get four presents, a box, and name tags so I know what's what. I've also got to get an ethics form done but that's not as fun.

^I couldn't find my nametags so I did what I usually do and write on everything in Sharpie. I have a spare if you need it!

Bjorn is starting to slow down and show his age, but yet he still takes the time to somersault off the bed when I'm not looking!! He tried to nip me when I caught him mid flip. It baffles me, because he's willing o do this but when he falls out of his hammock onto the bottom of the cage it knocks him for 6 and he cant move for a bit. I guess if he gets worse he'll have to go in Rosie's cage instead and she can have the big runaround

^ Ended up finding some tags that have been in a drawer for the last three years or so! Still need to finish off the last few presents though.

"who would pretend to be mentally ill for attention?"

a few people... unfortunately. but writing everyone off as faking it is usually how people end up being miserable in some way. it's better just to roll with it. if they're faking it, they'll realise it's stupid and grow out of it. if not, they'll have a support system.

i faked depression for attention when i was 13. joke's on me, i'd actually been severely depressed since i was 8 and was "faking it for attention" as a result.

the christians gave me
comic books as if i would
be scared of burning in hell
while i was already there
