My mum talks too quickly for her brain to catch up!

What she does is she puts together the first half of what she plans to say in her mind, and says it while she starts putting the second half together.

Before her brain can properly put the second half of her sentence together, she is finished saying the first half. Annoyingly, the first half of her sentence typically ends with an "or" or an "and", so she just stops mid-sentence in a stupid way.

As you might expect, the people she is talking to will typically ask "Or what? or "And what?", and then she complains because she hasn't finished talking yet.

She will also sometimes ask two questions at once with contradictory answers. For example, I'll go back to the "Do you have a drink?" thing that I've discussed before.

She will ask "Do you want a drink do you have a drink?". She expects me to give her a single word answer.

I'll sometimes answer "Yes no" or " No yes" depending on the order of the questions and the resulting answer, and then she asks "Well, which one is it then?" which really annoys me.

There are other times when she asks me to do two different things at the same time, and sometimes two contradictory things at that. If I do the first thing she asked, she is annoyed because I didn't do the second thing she asked. If I do the second thing she asked, she is annoyed because I didn't do the first thing she asked.

What can do I do with her to make her aware of these things? I've tried to do something about it before, but she keeps saying that I'm being rude.

Gonna revive this to say that currently my grades in college are not as great as I desire. Some of it does fall on me, but not all of it is my fault. I ran out of my anxiety meds and waited over a month expecting more before I had a breakdown right before my visit home. I got restocked but it takes a while for the medication to fully get into my system. So right now, everything feels like a fight. Plus I may be changing doctors and psychiatrists soon and being tested for depression as well.

Fun times amirite? .-.

My shift's going to be bumping because it starts at around the time the Wales V Australia game ends and I can't be bothered for it because we'll be understaffed and nobody steps up and helps on the bar. Plus I have to walk to work and the rain sounds torrential rn.

Hello darkness, my old friend

It's snowing sideways once again

Even though it's only november and this should not be happening yet. Probably gonna lose power some time today or tomorrow...

Also I have 5 assignments due this week, 4 of which are art, and the other one is a history assignment.

I'm playing pokemon white and i'm trying to fish up a dragonite. I'm doing everything correctly and it's still taking days.

It would probably be faster to fish up a high level dragonair and just evolve it, but that would be anti-fun. :/

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how

All I need is to put up a traditional Christmas bauble in my living room and I'm set tbh.

Barely slept and now my knees, hips, and lower back feel sore and sorta hollow if that makes sense.

We've got a secret Santa thing in work and the name I pulled out belongs to two people. Gonna have to play it safe and buy chocolate or something. We're all fairly young so maybe it'll give 'em a blast from the past and hit them with memories of Santa crashing the Christmas school disco to give out selection boxes.

My mobile phone is acting really weird.

It keeps saying that my texts can't be sent, then goes on to tell me in several 3p decrements that I've spent about £1 on the one text.
