Dratini Moveset

The name master:
If I had these two pokemon:

Dragonite (female)

Dragon Pulse
Hyper Beam
Thunderbolt
Steel Wing

Charizard (male)

Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Earthquake
Smokescreen

If I were to breed these two, what moves would the Dratini have?

Inferna:
If it's in game and before generation 6 (X&Y) then only male Pokemon can pass on egg moves. The baby Dratini would learn Flamethrower and Fire blast before gen 6 as they're both tm moves it can learn anyway.

After gen 6 female Pokemon can pass on egg moves. Dratini can learn the first 3 of Dragonite's moves naturally and/or through TMs so I'm assuming it would be a mixture of both parents?

If it's for fanfiction or whatever then just go as wild as you want with the moves or not I guess.

So because I'm so outdated and old fashioned I'll make it so that only the father can pass moves.

So it's moveset would be:

Leer
Wrap
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
