It's the same with Formula One 2014- The Force India and Williams cars weren't allowed to have their Smirnoff/Martini sponsorship logos on the cars otherwise the game would have been pushed up to a 16+. Same for back when the F1 cars had tobacco logos on them.

I was disappointed about the ban with no Game Corner in ORAS. The roulette table and slots were my favorite in the series. I especially LOVED watching the Pikachu animation during the Bonus Slot game.
