Ok. It's like a Trozei Expy. But also with Pokemon. What do you think?
-
iirc, trozei also had pokemon, or else it wouldn't be considered a part of the pokemon franchise.
It seems pretty good. I was a bit hesitant to download it at first because of the in-game purchases and the life regeneration (1 heart every half hour) making it seem a lot like games you play on your phones or tablets. However, it's actually really fun and I like it a lot, because you can move the icons to make matches a lot more freely, plus the matchups, the capturing and the megas really make it a lot more interesting.
-
It's nice but it's no Puzzles and Dragons. If they made a pokemon version of that rather than super mario I would be all over it
-
Anyone else stuck on Mega Gengar? T.T
Oh well, it's downloaded on all my 3DSs so... XD
-
Got it yesterday, on Level 71 now xD Love the game, but it takes so long to wait for hearts, doesn't help that some levels you realise straight after you see the level the mistake you made in choosing (I.e. Espeons ice makes you realise Sableye wasn't the best mega xD)
-
I went ahead and caught umbreon but damnit, slowbro is a pain.
-
I'm loving it, except for the regeneration time. Got Kyogre and Mew, now I'm going for absol. She's a pain in the asterisk.
And no, just because I know I have exactly 12:31 until my next heart does NOT mean I'm addicted.
-
I went ahead and caught umbreon but damnit, slowbro is a pain.
Took me about three days to get Slowbro. Also took me awhile to get both of the Nidoran, Treecko, Riolu, Meowth, Zorua, and I still haven't gotten Grovyle. But yet I catch Kyogre my VERY first attempt AND without using the Great Ball item. Go figure. I have caught ALL the Special and Daily Pokemon released so far.
-
You too? And I just got absol and slowbro, but now this espeon.....
-
I still can't get Grovyle. I'm using Snorunt, Torchi, Charmander and Charmeleon. Thing is Charmander is Lv 5 but yet it does little damage to Grovyle
-
Got in the top 3,000 for M-Lucario event so hopefully I'll still be in the top 20,000 by the event ends xD Quite an easy level with M-Slowbro tbh.
Also for Grovyle, I believe that one is more about making the right moves than having strong pokemon, it's like more of a puzzle than others. I know Slowbro was like that if you wanted to get an S as well.
Currently stuck on M-Gengar >_> Managed to get Kanto starters final evolution and Dragonite though, Dragonite being insanely powerful (80 Strength at Level 1)
-
Hey Dick, do you have any tips for espeon?
-
I think that's the one where it's best to use M-Kangaskhan (or Lopunny if it's higher level) despite Sableye having a type advantage because it megas quicker and the ability is more useful. Don't remember the level too well though, but I do remember it took a few tries. I imagine catching Absol helps too, although I didn't do that and I've got an S in it.
-
I'm using mega lopunny (they're at the same level) with absol and it still isn't working well. The other two are volbeat and illumise. What do you suggest?
-

Just tried it again now with incredibly powerful ghost and dark types and only just won on the last move, so I guess it must just be one of those levels where you need to get lucky, because my team was nowhere near as strong the first time (I think I had Kanga, Volbeat, Purrloin and Non-Mega Sableye)
-
I'll try Lopunny, Non-mega sableye, umbreon and volbeat and see how that pans out.
-
ERHMAGARD I NEED THAT LUCARIONITE
Please help people? Any tips? ^^;
-
Been stuck on Mega Mewtwo Y for ages now >_> I've got like level 5 Mega Gengar, Heracross, Scyther and Scizor (all 80 power now) and occasionally swap Gengar for Level 6 Sableye, but nothing works. Even tried it with Disruption Delay and +5 moves =/
-
ERHMAGARD I NEED THAT LUCARIONITE
Please help people? Any tips? ^^;
I just used high attacking Psychic and Fairy Pokemon to get a high score. I suggest using Mega Audino to score major combo chains. Combo chains are your best friend here.
-
Okay, so finally beat M-Mewtwo, now just to S-Rank every stage and unlock Mewtwo >_>
-
Caught Moltres on my first go and then caught Lucario this morning. Now I just want to get articuno to help me beat mega altaria.
-
I'm actually quite grateful of the hearts timer because otherwise I might be playing it a bit too much
-
I'm actually quite grateful of the hearts timer because otherwise I might be playing it a bit too much
This is definitely the case for me too, haha xD Would also make the game stupidly easy, I guess.
Just did a massive EX-stage thing over the last few hours and now have all the ones before Blaziken done + Swampert & Entei. Blaziken is literally impossible >_>
-
If there was no hearts timer, I would've beaten it by now.
Edit: Just caught Articuno at 7%, what the hell?
Edit part 2: And I missed Azumarril at 80 -_-
-
How did everyone fair at the Lucarionite? I was ranked 8787 overall.
-
I was below 30,000. Complete failure. They should just release it to everyone in an expert/special non-competitive event after the next competitive event.
Caught Dragonite at 10%, but then I kept missing scyther (just caught it this morning)
-
↑ The opposite to me. I caught Scyther at first try (very nice support), but missed Aerodactyl at 93% (second miss). I caught it at 63%, in my third attempt.
-

I agree. I was about #10080. I saw that and I was like, "Really?!" I kept playing and beating my high scores but I STILL wasn't good enough. I'm currently stuck on getting Keldeo and beating Mega Mawile.
-

Trying to catch Charizard (or even Moltres) is a neat way to beat Megawile, as you keep leveling up Cubone and Phanpy as well. Moreover, Charizard's ability is excellent, especially with Combusken.
-
I came 8080th in Lucarionite iirc.
Beaten the extra 15 stages and caught every ex bar Blaziken, Xerneas and Mewtwo. Blaziken's flat out impossible, Xerneas I can only get 1% catch rate on and I haven't unlocked mewtwo xD
-
Just beaten the extra stages. Surprised they did not make the extra stages paid DLC but then I suppose as long as people are shelling out for Jewels to beat them, they're paying for themselves.
Now to resume my journey to unlocking Mewtwo...
-

Luckily now you don't need to beat the last few megas to unlock mewtwo because you just need 150 S-Ranks on normal stages, so it can be from the new 15.
-
Blaziken's flat out impossible, Xerneas I can only get 1% catch rate on
Blaziken scoffs at anyone who thinks they can catch it. I also got 3 shakes on a 1% Sceptile and it breaks out every time. T_T
-
Caught Rayquaza in 12 turns out of 30, with a ~43% catch ratio. Meanwhile, the weaker Keldeo is laughing at most of us.
Warning: Rayquaza can not mega evolve in this game, which I find rather pointless, like its ability.
-

Ah, cheers for confirming that. ;)
Caught Rayquaza on my first attempt. 8)
-
Couldn't beat Ray on the first go, switched my mega to Kang and it worked a lot easier. Dragonite, Articuno and Azumarril are the other 3 I used and I caught it at 20% (It was my first catch attempt. My fist flew into the air like with all the other hard catches I make. Dragonite was at 10 and I think Articuno was 8%), then turned the gem into coins which will be used on my huge final assault on Keldeo.
-
S-ranked Rayquaza and caught it first time, then proceeded to catch Xerneas. Training them both to about level 5 on Ampharos when I get lives back
-
Well, I caught Jolteon at 5% and got Keldeo without a Great ball. So i'm not doing too shabby.
-
I was 7 seconds left with Blaziken. Yes, 7 seconds. This represents a 21% catch rate.
I fail.
"A Super Ball will do the trick, at 42%!".
Fail.
Yet I try again. Seven seconds. No money for Super Ball. 21%.
Fail.
-
Just caught sceptile at 6%
-
Did Blaziken again with 8 seconds left.
Pokéball at 21%.
Fail.
Super Ball at 42%.
Fail.
Another Super Ball.
Fail.
Conclusion? Blaziken is evil. Its type should be Fire/Dark.
Edit: Caught it at 1%, with 0 seconds left.
-
^That would be cool because then I'd be four types.
Well, got pass mega glaile today at lunch and i'm trying to speed run to ampheros for the competitive stage.
-
Another Live Competition, this time for Blastiosnite. Doing fairly well, not only ranked 4000-ish but I went round to catch Serpetile, Zapdos and Raikou yesterday, all 3 that happen to be what the top scorers are using with Mega Amphy.
Still, lucky American players. Will Europe is only for the top 10,000, America is for top 20,000, while in Japan it's top 50,000 who get Mega Blastoise.... T.T
-

↑ This. I have scored 11397 points and I am only ranked as the 15,228th. I can not catch Raikou yet, but Rotom should do fairly well.
-
I cannot win a competitive stage for the life of me. I was like some odd 25000 number. Just got groudon today while eating breakfast. Also, I have caught every EX pokemon up to heatran excluding Blaziken and Heatran.
Conclusion: Blaziken will ruin your life and wreck your soul.
-
Blaziken requires Pokémon with at least level 5 and base power 70 for completion. And quick hands. But it is certainly possible to beat without any items.
Zoroark is a nightmare to catch, and it is necessary to catch Gengar and get through Mega Gengar.
And, of course, even with the optimal set of Pokémon, I could not reach the top 10,000. -1 Pokémon was necessary.
-
I made it to 828th in the ranking. My advice for these competitions is to buy all the available power runs (Not jewels, I mean the stuff like Mega Evo from the beginning, etc.) as I was sure in the last hours of the competition I was not going to make it but after buying the items (And catching Scepitile, Zapdos, and Raikou and training them to Lv 6 all last week without spending a penny on jewels), I more then made it.
Well, back to saving up for items to catch that Mewtwo once more.....
-
Finally decided to get pokemon shuffle. I've barely started and I'm already failing to catch pokemon with a high catch rate. Seriously, couldn't catch a pokemon at 82%? And that was the third time that happened. Does that happen to everyone, or do I just have bad luck?
-

Both, haha, it's just a % so it can easily fall in the wrong 18%, but then I'm sure at another time you'll catch something on a crazy low % so it tends to balance out xD
-
It's a Free to Pay game at the end of the day. Odds can't always be 100% trusted.
Finally beat Mewtwo just now but failed to capture him at 55% but at least S ranked him. Guess I'll be saving up for all those items (And a Great Ball this time) all over again.... @_@
-
i can't catch torchic what kind of sick joke is this
i'm angry
-
Well, finally got gengar, but Zoroark and Bronzong are super annoying.
-
Finally managed to unlock Mewtwo's stage, which will not die to any attack unless one is using some sort of wizardry.
Exactly like Regirock, the second Pokémon with the most HP total, 22,572, which is just below Mewtwo, with 25,596 HP.
Edit: The first place actually goes to Snorlax, with a massive load of 31,955 HP.
-
Uhhhh Blaziken was horrible to attempt to catch. I think failing my many should-have-got-it catches (it got to the point where I missed a Pokemon at 92%) balanced out rather nicely with the 20% chance I had with Blaziken (and some other Pokemon) (:
Looking forward to getting a Cresselia!
-
Well, I can't get Blaziken or Xerneus, and Togekiss is super annoying, and Regirock didn't get halfway before I ran out of moves. So yeah..... i'm in my own little hell atm.
-

You think THAT'S bad? I finally got past Mega Mawile this week after three months of trying!
-
You think THAT'S bad? I finally got past Mega Mawile this week after three months of trying!
Mega Mawile isn't even that bad compared to later ones, it's like the beginning of the horrible megas. M-Glalie is /horrific/ and M-Gengar is either marginally better or worse, not quite sure haha.
Currently stuck on Mewtwo, think I might have to save up coins for a Complexity -1 just to beat it ._.
-
I'm just saying, I have a tactic that hasn't failed me once yet. It's allowed me to destroy Mega Mawile, Mega Glalie, Mega Mewtwo, Mega Gengar and the like without any trouble at all. It drains 4300 coins off ya, but if you have a jewel you can trade or if it's a weekend and you can utilize the Meowth event, it's not hard to save up.
Moves +5
Disruption Delay
Mega Start
It seems simple enough, but it seems not many people know about it because using it, I've managed to dominate all battles up there in just one try.
-
4300 is... a lot of coins ;; Good strategy, but a lot of coins ):
-
True but the payoff is amazing. You can basically farm coins just by checking in every day, selling jewels and doing the special stages and stuff and it won't take long.
-
And regirock is still being a little....no, can't say that word....no, can't say that one either. You get my point.
-
I'm currently tussling with the last level, Steelix, and to get type advantages all round I need to catch Lucario to mega evolve and back me up. After I've caught him I'm slaughtering Steelix with the 4300 coin combination since it hasn't failed me once yet.
-
Wait. You have the lucarionite?
-
I managed to catch Lucario then realized the Lucarionite is gained from an event that passed before I even got the game.
Oops.
-
Any particular reason my recently caught Mewtwo won't Mega Evolve even after beating his Mega Evolution stage...twice? 0.o
-

Have you beaten M-Mewtwo since catching regular mewtwo? I've heard it's like this mini glitch thing where sometimes you need to re-obtain the mega stone
-
Update: Got 4300 coins, wasted them because Steelix survived on a SCRAP of health.
So a note for the next time I battle him, take a spare jewel just in case I need extra moves.
-
^Or you could level up your pokemon a bit before going again.
For those of you that are coin mining, you have to get on the game on the weekends, because Meowth is nice enough to allow you to rob him/her for about 10 turns.
Also....WHAT THE HELL IS WITH HAXORUS?!
-
Have you beaten M-Mewtwo since catching regular mewtwo? I've heard it's like this mini glitch thing where sometimes you need to re-obtain the mega stone
I did just in-case but it still would not show up. @_@ Really don't want to have to buy items to keep beating the Mega Evo stage again and again just to get it to work.....especially as I have a Regirock that needs a capturin'....
-
Well, with one jewel and Mega Kangaskhan, as well as a level 5 Kyogre, level 5 groudon and level 5 aurourus, I have managed to capture blaziken.
Now I can die in peace.
-
Congrats with catching Blaziken, ShinyBlaziken2000 (:
Finally beat Steelix, and I'm having a fair bit of trouble with Xerneas... So then I moved on to Frogadier, who I still haven't caught yet after dozens of tries....
... oh.. you can catch Steelix too.... ):
-
Managed to destroy Steelix. Now on a mission to S rank everything. Got a hundred or so S ranked so far, best thing is I have a lot of spare coins to buy extra moves and things so it isn't too difficult.
-
Anyone happen to know how to get past haxorus? I would love to know.
-
Anyone happen to know how to get past haxorus? I would love to know.
You need to swap twice on the top bit then swap one on the top to the bottom and then that one you just put on the bottom to the top and then it should work iirc, it's hard to explain haha :')
-
I was just like: screw it. I just used a +5 move and moved on.
-
Well, the recent update resolved my Mega Mewtwo issue.
Oh and caught Blaziken too. Mega Blastoise was a sure help that's for sure...
-
So, we can get Victini now... I thought it was just like the Meowth stage but with experience - no! You can catch it too!!
Hoping that I can get Mega Venusaur too (:
-
TBH, I like the Victini stage more. It allow me to get Altaria, Ninetales and Blaziken up to speed. Now I just need them to win one more time and I can use them against Mega Venusaur.
-
I think I need more coins than exp, to be honest. And now to also catch that Victini...
I wasn't expecting the Meowth today xD And not the 4700 coins I got from it either, wow!
-
4700? Bloody hell.... How'd you do that?
-
4700? Bloody hell.... How'd you do that?
I use Banette / Gengar / Xerneas / Cherubi (should be Cherrim) on it and consistently get that many ^^
-
Meanwhile, i'm in the top 5000 for Mega Venusaur atm. With my luck, i'll end up 20001 or some nonsense like that.
-
Shuffle is a somewhat strange game that forces the player to do stuff whenever one has nothing to do.
Have you caught Mewtwo and there is no close event? Great, level up yer Pokémon while trying to S-Rank the last stages without items.
This reminds me Mewtwo is almost impossible to catch without items (see: Regirock; thankfully I caught it at my first attempt).
Everyone keeps complaining about Steelix, but catching Quilladin has been one big Spartan task. I am sure Tumblrists think Quilladin is a Cis White Man.
And Safari has been hard as well, especially considering Carvanha is harder to catch than Sharpedo.
Mega Venusaur should not be a big problem with a 6+ team and tons of coins to waste spend.
-
Allow me to say that with this super catch power thingy, I finally caught Xerneas. All hail the almighty super catch power.
-
I managed to scrape Xerneas by beating it after the time had ended with a combo, therefore giving me a nice 1% chance of capture.
I caught it.
At 1%.
Are you kidding me.
-
^ Hot dang great job at that! I was pretty pleased with my 6% Molten (still am, really) but that certainly takes the cake!
@ShinyBlaziken2000 - I don't use anything like SapphireRobin|Omeganium's set up and use my strongest Fighting types, cross my fingers and wallop the cat to change everything to money. If I had a Mega Banette, I'd try that set up myself (:
I was really proud of my 13k+ score for Mega Venusaur! And now I'm at rank 6k+ ): With 6 days to go, I'll probably get kicked out of the top 10k if I can't up my score by another thousand odd ;;
-

I caved and used Complexity -1 for an 18k+ score haha :') I love M-Venusaur so much so I had to xD
Still haven't caught mewtwo though, think I'm going to save up for some sort of crazy Mega Start / Disruption Delay / Complexity -1 / Great Ball type thing haha :')
-
Ahh, I was tempted to do that, but given how easily I use my coins, I thought, 'no, let me see if I can actually do it without items.'
But now I'm thinking maybe I should use it... I just want an Event Mega Stone ;;
-
Best i've done is 5% on I think it was Glaceon. Right now, I have 15k+ so I think i'll be able to hold on for the venusaurite.
-
Finally caught Mewtwo, only took a Complexity -1, Mega Start & Disruption Delay >_> Did S-Rank it though haha
-
Finally caved in and used a -1 Complexity for Mega Venusaur... and I went from rank 10k+ to ~4k. Ahh, I've now used all the freebies the update gave us haha.
Mm, congrats, SapphireRobin|Omeganium!
-

Mm, congrats, SapphireRobin|Omeganium!
4k should hopefully be safe for tomorrow! I'm watching my rank like a hawk now haha :')
And thanks haha, just call me Dick because my usernames kinda stupidly long xD
---
S-ranked all the first 150 bar M-Mewtwo and Togekiss now! Slowly working my way to Genesect haha :')
-
just call me Dick because my usernames kinda stupidly long xD
Aha, alright. I'll keep that in mind (:
Mm! I'm really worried about my score. I've already gone down to ~5k. There are still 5 or so hours left - and I'm going to be asleep!! Aaugh, this unnecessary stress...
Also, how does one get Genesect and Mewtwo?
-
I'm in the last 25% to get it right now, so i'm kinda scared right now. I do have all the expert pokemon 1-19 and caught Heatran on a 4% try. I also beat Mega Mewtwo, but now onix is giving me a tough time.
-
Managed to get Venusaurite :D
Also, how does one get Genesect and Mewtwo?
180 and 150 S-Ranks respectively. And also likely 12500 coins each for a C-1, Mega Start and disruption delay haha xD
Need like 200 S-Ranks for Greninja though :(

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS
Got the big ghost daddy woop
-
The ability on Giratina looks insanely good 0_o
Glad it's power of 4 not 5 though, 5 is way too situational. Beauty of it is you can then use Giratina to beat the rest of the escalation.
I've just beat level 10 and no Giratina yet :(
Edit: Got Giratina on level 17!!!
-
180 and 150 S-Ranks respectively. And also likely 12500 coins each for a C-1, Mega Start and disruption delay haha xD
Ah, many thanks! & for the tip, aha.
Congrats with the Giratinas and the Venusaurite, Meowstic Royalty & Dick (: I managed to get a Giratina too, and also a Venusaurite!!
-
Got my Mega Venusaur and then turned around and got Giratina at around level 13 or 14. This thing is crazy good. I'm going to keep going to see how far I get.
-
Beat level 50 on Giratina yesterday, now just trying to reach 195 S-ranks to unlock Delphox before the next event (Dialga Escalation, as sorta confirmed here (http://pastebin.com/490YtKSc) by a guy who successfully datamined M-Venu & Giratina), feel like Pyre could be extremely useful on a Base 70!
-
Am currently on lev 43 Gira, I think. Will be trying to get more S Ranks after beating it at lev 50, now that I know good things happen when you do get them!!
-
Beat 50 of Giratina's levels. His ability is so overpowered I'm loving it.
-
I'm currently stuck on Mega Mewtwo Y so I think I'll spend all my hearts for the next few days on levelling Giratina. Hopefully he'll be able to tip the scales
-
Got 186 S-ranks now! Managed to catch Genesect, who is completely overpowered (crowd control is sooooo good xD), and T-Tar helped me get a few S-ranks easily like Rufflet and Fennekin, so I didn't have to spend too many coins xD
-
I'm at about level 40 on giratina right now and I used Victini to get my Blaziken up to 80 so that I can use it and not have to compromise power.
-
I have been "camping" around. After my failure against M-Venusaur (even after spending money on all upgrades with a 7+ team), I decided to carry on; beating the first 50 stages of Giratina was a piece of cake, but the same can not be said regarding the following ones, as even the music will tell you otherwise.
Thanks to Victini, Giratina is now level 5 itself, and Victini close to level 8. The exaggeratedly high level of the latter can be explained due to Timburr's stage, whose difficulty curve and ease to combo make the stage a great place to grind levels; Mewtwo is about to be level 9, and Xerneas, Slowbro, and Azumarill are now level 10. I am currently leveling Charizard and Pidgeot up, as I think the former will get the mega soon and the latter is useful overall.
PS: Dang you, Tyranitar.
-
Dialga's being a pain and the best I can get for M Blastoise is 17k, which puts me in rank ~20k. I don't think I'm going to get a Blastoisnite ):
-
Dialga is insane. I've poured so much money into beating that level and I'm still unsuccessful. How can anybody defeat it, never mind CATCH it?
-
Dialga can be baeaten, but I recommend you to grind levels meanwhile with Ninetales, Lucario, Blaziken, and a filler, say Heatran or Moltres. Moreover, you still have plenty of time to defeat Dialga.
-
"Man trying to S rank Mega Glalie can't be too hard."
"Oh."
-
Got 2 more S-ranks to get now, but they're like impossible -_- (M-Aero and Steelix)
Think I'll just Meowth grind till I can go all out with items against them, a C-1, Moves +5, MS & DD should do it xD
I reckon we'll be getting 10 more stages tomorrow, with the competition being about to end as well as the Giratina escalation. Might see Palkia arrive as well, or maybe Zygarde as another escalation, that'd be pretty cool!
Edit: Or just a lameass safari =/
-
Hey Zeke, it took me 2 tries to beat M-Glaile and I got S Rank with just a disruption delay and maybe a mega start when I beat it. I don't know why so many people have problems with it, then again, my mawile and moltres were overleveled. xD
-
I have poured over ten thousand coins into this stupid Mega Glalie I'm going to get that S rank IF IT KILLS ME
-
I have poured over ten thousand coins into this stupid Mega Glalie I'm going to get that S rank IF IT KILLS ME
If you have Lucarionite, it makes it a million times easier, because Mawiles pattern is terrible for getting rid of the barriers.
-
I hope they redistribute Lucarionites ):
I managed to get M Blastoise!! I caved in and used my coins /// Just... very, very slowly levelling up my Pokes for Dialga ):
Good luck Meowstic Royalty!! (:

Next week is confirmed to be Manectite just to give you a heads up in the way of competitions. Currently have to get Manectric from the safari, although it's really rare -_-
-
Manetric? I think I got one the fourth or fifth time I played safari and caught it.
What's up with Milotic?
-

Ah, it's Manectric next? That's not too bad (: Many thanks!
What's up with Milotic?
I know, right? ): The stages keep getting harder and harder. Which I wouldn't mind, if I can actually keep up!
-
Manetric? I think I got one the fourth or fifth time I played safari and caught it.
What's up with Milotic?
Then you got insanely lucky haha :') Seems to be about a 1/20-1/30 chance of turning up, judging by what other people seem to be averaging, and generally a 1/3 chance of capture, which is horrific xD Managed to get it on Day 2 though because I just kept throwing Great Balls the first time I saw it xD
Milotic is much easier if you bring Feebas, and if you're still struggling a Mega Start /destroys/ it.
Trying to level up M-Aerodactyl and Dialga to max (currently 9 & 8) to try S-Rank M-Aerodactyl, it's impossible -_- Also levelling Marowak and Donphan ready for Manectite, got Max Groudon & Gengar so if these two get maxed I'll be good to go ^_^
-
Ok, why does feebas make it easier?
-
Ok, why does feebas make it easier?
It starts breaking apart the ice because of all the disruption Feebas', it's pretty much the only way you can get a decent start. Still fairly difficult, but it's at least doable. Mostly have to get lucky with whether the top row spawns correctly, because if you can't break that you're screwed.
-
If You can get lopunny to spawn right and mega start, it makes it a lot easier, so if I combine the two maybe I can beat this hellish stage.
Oh, and I made a mistake. I didn't have manetic before but I do now.
Dialga is playing hard to get and I just got Manaphy
-
I beat and caught both Dialga and Manaphy
I can die happy now
-
How do you get Dialga? Somebody mind telling me?
-
You must farm a lot of coins. And/or level some Pokémon up. Blaziken and Heatran are good, Mega Lucario is tricky to use but effective, Moltres is decent, Ninetales is necessary if you are not using a Mega start.
-
I lost 7000 coins against him
I used Extra Moves, Mega Start Aerodactyl to get rid of the blocks, disruption delay and attack boost.
I finished with over 20 moves and it was still just a 43% chance. It came down to luck at that point so it was more likely all that money would go to waste.
-
Well, no way I can get dialga, mainly since I can't get to that mega because Milotic is being a complete pain in the rear.
-

Please, farm Meowth.
-
Wow Marti, this pretty much makes up for the BGO game with Alex.
I can't farm regular meowth as well as they show, but I think I can do it decently enough.
-
Well, no way I can get dialga, mainly since I can't get to that mega because Milotic is being a complete pain in the rear.
I used Mega Lucario with every item and got around 60-80% Catch Rate (did it on first day so don't remember exactly), so if you have that it's likely as good as if not better than M-Aerodactyl. Otherwise I'd prolly go with Ampharos or maaaaaybe Gengar, but I feel that couldn't get rid of disruptions fast enough plus a mega start would be wasted. If you do use items, make sure you have enough coins for a great ball too - nothing's worse than spending several thousand on items then not catching it because you can't afford a great ball xD
-
When I spent all that money on items, I was actually only left with just 10 coins. So thank Arceus I caught it or I would've snapped my 3DS.
-
): I still haven't caught Dialga, and I've spent so much on it. About 10k coins so far? And now there are only 20 odd hours left...
What's with the ridiculously low catch rate?
Also, thank you for the spreadsheet, Delicious_Scout!! It'll be so useful (:
-
Manectrics mega ability sounds very similar to Ampharos', Ampharos is "A random lightning strike erases a jagged line of Pokémon", whilst Manectrics is "A vertical lightning strike erases a jagged line of Pokémon". Not sure what the significance of Random -> Vertical is, maybes it'll be a set pattern for the lightning bolts? Needs 20 icons rather than 24, but the 10 AP drop may make it quite a bit worse =/
Although the Mega Speedup for the top 3000 EU / 6000 NA is horrible, means everyone'll be using items xD
-
A direct port has been confirmed for phones coming later this year.
Better make extra space in the money vault Nintendo.... ;)
-
I'm not too great at meowth farming, but it's starting to come together. Volbeat, riolu and mienfoo are the 3 i've decided on so far. I'm trying spinda out, but i'll probably change that.
-
I never got Dialga in the end... ):
-
Dialga is not that important; although its ability might seem impressive, it is not assured to work aligning three Dialga; moreover, Steel is not a great offensive type.
I did get it at the end, after farming over 15,000 coins (and my brother spending 9,000 and a jewel, the little #@&%).
-
Mm, I suppose not, but for completion's sake... ah, well. Sounds like you earned it though, if you spent over 15k coins!!
-
Farming Meowth is kinda hard but i'm starting to get the hang of it. I just can't line up 5 coins that well on that level. I am above 10000 thanks to it, however. I'm going to get as many coins as I can and just push them into one huge go at the mega.
-

Yeah, this is generally what I try and do, but usually have a few warm-up goes before spending coins haha :')
Edit: Just did it with all items, got 36470, giving me 743rd, hopefully enough to come top 3000 for a Mega Speedup
Edit 2: Also just S-ranked Mega-Aerodactyl, just Steelix to go now xD Have like 4 days to do it before the likely new levels on Monday (iirc the last ones were like after Banette, which is 3 megas ago), but apparently EX-24 is really hard so it'll prolly need all items -_-
-
700 more coins before I can wreck the mega. Surprisingly i'm still at about 10000 in the rankings right now, but there's usually a big influx of people at the end, so I might want to hurry this up.
-
Finally S-ranked Steelix, and beaten EX-24 itemises around 5/10 times I've tried, even had up to 7 seconds remaining so I should be able to catch it reasonably swiftly item less.
-
Got the coins I needed and blew them all on the mega. I'm in the top 4000-5000 right now so yay.
-
Caught Greninja <3
Really hoping Monday gives new stages because otherwise I'm gonna be grinding on Ampharos for ages out of nothing else to do xD
On the subject of new stages, we have exactly 9 spaces in the dex excluding Legendaries, perhaps they will be the 9 non-mega new ones? For reference, they are:
Excadrill / Volcarona / Salamence / Weavile / Braviary / Avalugg / Hippowdon / Aegislash / Zebstrike
Will make for a tough 10 levels if that is the case xD
-
I, meanwhile, have levelled Gengar, Groudon, Stunfisk, Marowak, Mewtwo, and Victini using Ampharos' stage as a grinding level and Mega Manectric competition as an excuse. Now I am farming more money, and Tyranitar has grown to level 7.
That Mega Boost shall be mine!
-
Excadrill / Volcarona / Salamence / Weavile / Braviary / Avalugg / Hippowdon / Aegislash / Zebstrika
Aaaand these are the 9 new levels, with Mega Heracross at the end xD
Also Arceus is in the data with 90 BP and an ability that doubles normal damage in a combo, shame it'll likely still suck unless it's like a guaranteed activation rate.
-
I got the mega stone and I just missed the mega speedup by 600 something places. >.>
I did get Tepig, Jirachi (had to use great ball with lucky super catch), and the daily. Not a bad day so far. All I have to do now I save up a lot of coins to beat Milotic and catch it so that I never have to deal with that horror ever again.
-
Salamence is impossible to catch -_- 2% base with 3% added per move, but only 18 moves long and the most I've had is 5 turns left =/
Managed to get Jirachi, Tepig (why is Tepig an event -_-) & Wynaut from the special page and then Hippowdon, Avalugg, Volcarona & Heracronite from the new 10 ^^
-
Why is Hippowdon a 60-attack Pokémon! Dang, son!
At least I managed to become the 590-whatever-th on the ranking.
I am beating the new stages with low-levelled Pokémon; I think Pokémon Shuffle does not understand what "difficulty curve" means.
Also Arceus is in the data with 90 BP and an ability that doubles normal damage in a combo, shame it'll likely still suck unless it's like a guaranteed activation rate.
I do not fully agree. Although it only activates one time, a minimum of 180-220 damage in one turn is insane, not to say only three types of Pokémon resist Normal in this game; nevertheless, it probably falls short in the long run.
-

It would only ever be useful in timed stages - in regular stages you're sacrificing an ability for an extra 20 damage when it activates, which if it's all the time /might/ be good, but if it's only as often as say Pyre, it'll be garbage
Edit: Even in timed stages it'd only be good when Pyre / Sinister Power / Dancing Dragons / Sky Blast / Pummel / Pixie Power isn't SE, and they cover a fair few types xD
Edit: Also finally caught Salamence, still find it kinda strange that it's Flying type, but hopefully that gives hope for a Fairy Gardevoir
-
Torkoal is 60 power and has quake. I'd get it since Quake is an awesome ability, but I keep losing coins to great balls. >.<
-
Quake would be so much better if it ever actually activated and worked on electric types =/ Delaying disruptions a turn and doing 20% more damage is great, but not when it only activates about 10% of the time (being generous) on 3-matches, and only about 50% on 5. One of the main reasons Donphan is rarely used - Damage Streak on Marowak / Stunfisk is much more reliable.
Plus if I'm using a 60 AP fire type I'm using Combusken for Pyre or Charizard for Burn xD
-
Actually managed to catch Excadrill first try with a 9% catch chance. Pretty good considering it comes with 70 power and a decent ability, happy with that.
-
Zangoose has a power of 60 with Hitting Streak. Meanwhile, i'm still coin farming.
-
Mega Boost+ is insane, boosts the mega gauge by 6 icons which is kinda crazy - double regular mega boost. Almost tempted to give Mawile three mega speed ups, then it'll just take 3 Jirachi matches to mega evolve
-
Ludisc has a power of 50 and mega boost as the ability.
-
Spent seven thousand coins on powerups and an extra 2500 on a great ball, caught Arceus.
For anyone who wants to try their luck, your chance of catching it begins at 3% and increases 1% every turn.
90 power with the ability Double Normal, which increases damage done by normal types in combo.
-
Arceus is really tough, think it's going to have to be an items job, especially as my fighting types aren't particularly strong (Only Lucario is MAX, others are like level 5). I'll just save up and go all out xD
Next week is the 3rd Mega Lucario event, so anyone who missed it can get it before Arceus ends!
-
I definitely need to farm coins for the Mega Lucario event then. So far I've never won a Mega stone from a competition before, but if I can get Mega Lucario it should cover almost everything.
-
Well, i've got farming to do then. For arceus, lucario and Milotic. Can they please stop releasing events so I can focus on Milotic, thanks.
-
!!!!!!!
I'm definitely going to get this. I can't count how many times I was facing a strong Pokemon and thought 'hmmm it sure would be nice to have a Mega Lucario!'
-
I hope this competition means more jewels for whomever gets to reach the top. Nevertheless, I actually prefer to have Mega Blaziken or even Mega Charizard released due to the fact there is no current Fire-type megaevolution yet.
Arceus can be completed itemless. Nevertheless, it takes a lot of level grinding with Mienshao, Pangoro/Sawk, and Conkeldurr. Lucario is not included because it is likely most of you have it at level 8 by now.
-
First order of business: Farm enough coins to get mega lucario and level grind my best fighting types.
-

Mega Charizard is likely after Lucario - the pattern so far is:
-> Lucario
-> Blastoise
-> Banette
-> Lucario (repeat)
-> Venusaur
-> Blastoise (repeat)
-> Manectric
-> Lucario (Repeat)
???
So I would imagine either Banette repeat or Charizard will be next.
-
Marowak is awesome for coin farming, i've gotten 3 500's just in the past few hours with it, vulpix, pancham and riolu. I'm getting coins quickly.
-
No, please; not Mega Banette. Banette is one of the least relevant megas due to its low attack and long time to evolve.
My Mega Blastoise is about to reach level 10. I am not sure what Mega (or possible one) I should level up by now.
-
I think my strongest is in the 90's but my best mega is gengar. I'm getting coins at a great rate thank to marowak. Screw donphan. xD
-
Managed to catch Arceus ^_^
Now to level up a team of Audino, Arceus, Lickilicky & Blissey to MAX in case they're useful (more likely 6-7ish then back to Jirachi / Mawile / Salamence & Braviary)
-
I have over 15000 coins. I am ready for mega lucario. As soon as I use all the coins on it, I shall keep farming and then level grind for arceus.
-
Blazikenite is confirmed for next week, strange but whatever that's cool I guess xD
-
*Fangirls* I now have to mine as many coins as I am able to so that I can get that mega stone. It is my civil duty to get that stone, no wait, it is my destiny.
And does anyone know a good level grinding stage or two?
-

Exp is based on number of turns, so Ampharos as it's got the most turns bar Snorlax, but is actually beatable without being SE unlike Snorlax.
If you're NVE vs Amphy, then Buneary is pretty good too.
-
I have officially wasted all my money and scored 54544. If that doesn't win me the prize I'll punch a wall.
Repeatedly.
-
^I've won with less than half of that. I think you'll be good.
-
I'm currently ranked #180 so I think I'm safe.
-
If they'd slow down on the events, yeah, that would be great. They have cresselia as an escalation (good for items), blaziken as the new mega (not complaining there), and then arceus is still there and i'm frantically trying to get coins so I can get all of them. All this and I still have to down milotic to progress in the main game.
-
Cresselia?
Yessssssssss.....
I still need to catch Arceus :v Not much time left, either...
-
Got around the top 250 in the Lucario event, thus I got two jewels. Arceus should not be hard since I've got my favourite Fighting types at level 10 and over 22,000 coins.
Cresselia is not hard either because Dark, Ghost, and Bug types are usually leveled up during the adventure, and Mega Blaziken should not represent a problem due to the fact I also leveled Blastoise, Gengar, Swampert, Tyranitar, Groudon, Kyogre, and Aurorus to level 10 (Blaziken as well, but this is irrelevant).
-
Just caught Cresselia in the low teens and i'm trying to get to 30 so I can get the free mega start for Arceus.
-
Caught Cresselia on stage 4 with a bit of luck and have scored 22398 in the Mega Blaziken event, putting me in #1349.
Lucarionite is also mine now, still haven't had the chance to give it a test but I'm looking forward to it.
-
My excitement when I caught Cresselia at stage 8 was pretty intense xD Finally! She's useful for something!!!
I'm now done with her at stage 51 and was pleasantly surprised by the coin stage! So now I'll be using all the prizes to hopefully catch Arceus.... After I train my Pokemon first.
I haven't even started with Mega Blaziken yet :v
Um. So I just spent 8000 coins and I still couldn't catch Arceus.... oh no...
-
I got arceus literally 5 minutes before it expired. I'm at cresselia's level 45 stage, and it looks like i'm getting the blazikenite, not to mention that I have all the hoenn weather legends already.
Life is good.
-
I'm pretty sure I've got Blazikenite but my 3DS wifi might not work at any hotels before the expiry date on the collection so I might not get it D:
-
Just so you know, mega blaziken works like mega slowbro, and I got knocked out of the mega speedup just barely. >.>
-
Blazikenite and Candy for me. Now I should level up Arceus, Aerodactyl, Salamence, Braviary, Lickilicky, and Snorlax.
-
Also got M Blaziken! (: Still a little bummed about not getting Dialga or Arceus, but this makes things significantly better <3
-
I finally beat Milotic and caught it. Even better: I S ranked it so I will never have to go through that torture again.
-
Japanese mobile port is coming out this month, which means EU/US one won't be far behind I'd imagine!
Also definitely not going to be able to check in for Blazikenite, oh well, general consensus is it's one of the worst megas anyways so at least it's not important xD
Edit: SAVED BY THE NINTENDO ZONE IN RAINFOREST CAFÉ! Thank god, have every competition mega so far, couldn't miss one!
-
I'm thinking of starting out with playing Shuffle. Shame I missed Cresselia already, I would have loved having Cresselia with me.
Any advice for playing Shuffle?
-
^Be prepared to coin grind. Once you unlock meowth in the main game, you can coin grind for a while to get the monies you will need to blow on a great ball trying to catch all the Expert pokemon that will continuously taunt you with their low catch rates. (looking at you Blaziken)
Well, the gible family is in this pokemon safari, so i'm guessing that there will be a garchompite event soon. Mega Glalie/Altaria will be helpful in this one, as well as Ice, Fairy and Dragon types, that is, until you realize they're ground types and that water and grass types are more helpful.
-
Yep, Garchompite is getting an event of its own soon. Thanks for the tip by the way.
Got to stage 11 in a hurry for the special stages, I better get more Pokemon before I try to get the Groudon. And probably a Great Ball for it.
-
Shuffle is pretty rad. I didn't think I'd like it, but it's pretty cool. I like games like that, but I dunno why I wouldn't like it. *shrug* Haven't played it much though since you have to buy stuff a lot for it to progress unless you wait for a while, but eh. I just do my free plays and then get off.
-
Phione is in the safari too, but a 1% chance of being encountered xD
-
Phione is in the safari too, but a 1% chance of being encountered xD
My second go in the Safari was a battle against a Phione. I kind of lost because I'd only just begun the game xD
I'm on Stage 66 now, so I'm starting to get the stronger Pokemon. Also, Mega Garchomp is now live everyone!
-
Beat Rayquaza. Already caught it the last time it was available but beat it again for the coins.
Beat Mega Garchomp with all items and ranked about #100, just caught Garchomp from the safari the day before too.
Pignite and Tepig both caught, waiting for Emboar now. Funnily enough one of my favorite starters.
Aaaaand all my hearts are currently being used in the safari hunting for Phione. That 1% chance won't defeat me.
That concludes this update.
-
I called the event, I just need to hurry up and get all the coins I need. Also just maxed out Gengar and realized that whoever made Mega Blaziken made the mega effect horribly. We need to have a
possibly violent chat.
Then I made it to Pedra Valley and encountered Phione.
-

Yeah, effect-wise Mega Blaziken is probably the worst mega, which is kinda disappointing.
Mega Garchomp has Mawiles ability, but tbh I'm just glad we'll have a ground type mega. It can use 10 mega speed ups though so I reckon it'll be crazy slow to evolve =/
Only caught Furfrou / Staryu / Gabite so far, Gible refuses to be caught and Garchomp hasn't appeared since I saved enough for a great ball and Phione is Phione ._.
Might get some new stages on Monday, we're kinda overdue now, it's been at least 5 weeks on Monday, maybe 6? It's usually only 4
-
Mega Mawile is handing my backside to me.
I'm also really disheartened that I'll miss out on the Garchompite, as if I'll go from 24,000 to 12,000 in 8 days xD
I also need to find Garchomp in the Safari stage too, it seems.
-
Spriter, go to the meowth stage, it's level 37. Just coin farm from there, Scout has a guide. Sundays, there's a special meowth coin event too, they've give you coins.
-

Yeah, Mawile is the first roadblock stage tbh, next is Stage 120, then Stage 135 (won't spoil what they are just in case you care xD)
But yeah, for competitions I always use full items and it should be enough, you'll want to get Mega Glalie though, at least you'll be SE then (I've heard Mega Gengar isn't so good in this, haven't had chance to try yet as it won't have DS compatible wifi till Monday).
I wouldn't spend coins on competitions unless you use /every/ item though, not worth the risk.
Mawile is easy with a DD and Moves +5, that's 2300 coins. If you go over to GameFAQs they've got like a really active shuffle section with guides to every difficult stage ^_^
-
I have Venusaur, so I think that should be good too, I'm just trying to get coins and maybe phione so I can steal mega garchomp.
-
Thanks guys. I already looked up the strategy for getting coins against Meowth in the stage it's in. I also got 1,100 coins earlier, bought a disruption delay and used a move +5 and lost.
I have caught Lucario since then, so maybe that'll help to do a number on Mawile.
-

Have you got Ninetales as well? If you've got 3 SE 70 base pokemon, might be a good idea to go grind them to Level 5 (maybe 6 if you can be bothered) on Buneary (Level 21, 30 turns so gives 30 Exp) because 3 pokemon at 80 AP should make it considerably easier. Worth trying megas like Kangaskhan & Lopunny over Sableye, some people find them way easier others hate them seems to come down to preference.
FINALLY CAUGHT PHIONE, this dumb safari is finally over xD
-
Beat Mega Mawile yesterday after 5028871783641 attempts, thank goodness for that.
Better still, whilst it's no longer true, I managed to break into the top 12,000 in the Garchompite event using a combination of Mega Audino / Lucario / Articuno / Buizel and an Attack Power boost. I checked this morning to see if I was still in the top 12,000 but I had dropped to below 12,000, sadly. I can definitely beat that score though!
-

Rush to 120, if you can beat that by end of Sunday and get enough coins for at least Attack ^ by then you'll easily rank top 12000. Also for Saturday Victini, don't worry so much about beating it, just level what's most important, because 2-3 extra levels could be the difference between getting garchompite and not!
-
Ok, I think that I locked my spot in for the garchompite and I still can't find Phione.
-
Ok, I think that I locked my spot in for the garchompite and I still can't find Phione.
Phone is really unfair, took me prolly around 150-200 hearts to get - just make sure you have enough for a great ball!
On the plus side, it's really easy to catch, 40% base, but easily reaches 50% with turns left. And at least the safari has staryu for coins and Starmie for exp so it's not a complete waste of hearts (one Starmie is equivalent to 2 Ampharos!).
Currently got 43007 points in the competition, so I think I'll be getting the Speedup - wasn't even aiming for it, just wanted to secure the Garchompite haha.
Wonder what we'll get next week - better be new stages because this'll be six weeks now! Wouldn't be surprised if we got 15-20 to make up for the long break!
-
You know you have played a bit too much when 33 of your almost full collection of Pokémon is at maximum level (Arceus, Victini, Shaymin, Conkeldurr, Lickilicky, Braviary, Tyranitar, Pangoro, Salamence, Groudon, Kyogre, Mewtwo, Yveltal, Xerneas, Heatran, Moltres, Aerodactyl, Stunfisk, Scyther, Glalie, Mienshao, Aurorus, Marowak, Gengar, Swampert, Blaziken, Sceptile, Slowbro, Lucario, Sableye, Azumarill, Heracross, and Blastoise). Not to say some other important Pokémon are getting closer to maximum level in my case.
After seven days of searching, I caught Phione and earned almost 30,000 coins. I am not willing to go for Genesect and the XY starters yet because I feel I need to level some Pokémon up (Snorlax, Giratina, Manaphy, Garchomp, Banette, Zapdos, Articuno, and Manectric are my priorities).
-
I actually had a chance at phione on like the first day of the safari but I didn't have enough coins for a great ball, and i'm kicking myself for it now.
-
Despite having first placed about #100 I've managed to slip below #12000 on the last day, therefore losing the Garchompite.
Welp 2 Attack Power ^ is also nice.
-
Aw man, Dick knows I've been trying all week to get M-Glalie and enough coins for items to use on M-Garchompite & I had to go and fall asleep and miss out. In the end my rank was 17,000 and something :(
-
Mine was 19,984, I feel bad about Mega Glalie being such a roadblock.
Got Darkrai to Level 3 so far, no success in catching it obviously.
-
#winning because I just got to stage 10 ;)
-
I ended around 12000, so I got mine, but no Phione. :(
Oh well, at least we have Darkrai as an escalation battle, and new main and expert stages. ^.^
-
I got no candy, but I secured my Garchompite. I hope it is better than the one in XY/ORAS.
New stages do not know what "difficulty curve" means.
-
Just got a combo of 112 on cofagrigus and my highest score even on shuffle: 46,048
-
Got Garchompite and the Speedup, also beaten all stages bar Vivillon, and managed to catch Virizion (it's a fairly easy EX stage compared to what has been!)
-
CAUGHT DARKRAI ON STAGE 13.
Also caught Fridge Rotom// back to the main stages now xD
-
Got Darkrai on level 8 with no great ball, which is great because i'm stuck on everyone's favorite jellymon in Pedra valley
-
I'm on level 44 on Darkrai (: Looking forward to that Mega Speedup!
-
I have hit the wall that is salamence, so i'm going back to S rank some other stages. Anyone know how many you have to s rank for mewtwo?
-
Salamence isn't even a wall 0_o At most, he requires a Moves +5, but that should only really be needed for S-rank.
But it's 150 S-Ranks for Mewtwo.
Only 4 S-ranks of Cobalion now. Virizion and Terrakion are so good with power of 4+, going to max them once I've finished my current ones.
-
Salamence is tormenting me. I get close a couple of times but I mostly get about half....
Back to mugging meowth for coins.
-
Get an S-rank on Mewtwo Y? I can't even beat the stupid nugget
-
Protip: Mine coins from Meowth. Darkrai will probably help. Use Mega Gengar. Disrupt delay is a must.

Mewtwo Y will need a crazy powerful team and items. Sometimes DD / +5 is enough, and MS / DD / +5 is almost always enough, but if you want to make sure you don't waste coins I'd just go all out and you'll prolly get an S-rank haha.
If you can, I'd go back and S-rank stuff till you unlock Yveltal on EX, then go back and catch Zoroark (Stage 129ish) and use Sableye / Zoroark / Yveltal / Darkrai. Train them on Ampharos to about level 5 first though, and you should be okay, focus on 4-5 matches of Zoroark that match into combos, as his sinister power boosts damage of all dark types :)
-
What EX is Yveltal?
-
Yveltal is EX 19, just before Mewtwo, but after Xerneas.
-
I believe it needs 110 S-Ranks too, although that'd like +-10 xD
It's not too difficult, but hard enough that you will need a fair few hearts to catch it.
-
I'm just going to S rank stuff so I can get Mewtwo.
-
The new levels have taken such a difficulty spike it's insane. They are still doable without items for the most part, but require an insane amount of luck. On top of that it's now common to complete an insanely difficult level and be left with a pathetic capture chance. Obviously you won't catch them, and on the next level, Staravia or Spewpa are a couple fine examples, it requires capture of that Pokemon just to get ANYWHERE.
Forcing you to go back into that level again and complete it over and over losing precious hearts, giving them away like Skittles, and in return you get a pitiful 30 power Pokemon with a bad ability that you will only use once. Ever.
So, very frustrating and with little reward for your troubles, only rewarding you with a more difficult level afterwards.
Unpleasant.
But hey at least I completed 50 Darkrai stages and got my Mega Speedup.
So that's nice.
-
Tbf, all 3 new EXs are fairly easy (or at least the first 2 are, haven't got Cobalion yet!), and definitely worth the trouble!
Virizion is especially great, as against water types you have to use base 70s and Power of 4+ is amongst the best abilities.
-
I'm still not able to beat Salamence. Maybe I just need to level a bit on Snorlax.
-
Let's see how balanced Gothorita is.
*loses ten hearts with all possible allocations of maximum level Pokémon which deal super effective damage*
Yeah, pretty balanced.
-
Guys, apparently you can get up to 4 Mega Speedups for Darkrai's stage, every 50 levels. I did not know this! ... and I'm not going to try...
Also, I thought I would be the only one complaining about these new ridiculous stages, haha. I hated Spewpa's level, but now I'm stuck on Vivillon. Why does it have such high HP?
-
I'm officially wasting all my coins on trying to beat Vivillion
A butterfly should not be this hard to defeat
Being Pokemon #666 is finally meaning something.
-
;DThis game i've got and it really reminds me of pokemon link it's almost a complete remake.
-
Passcodes have been given for 2,500 coins overall, a mega speedup, EXP 1.5x, moves +5, time +10 and only for the mobile version, a Lucarionite.
Get on it everyone :P
-
Yveltal is... Well... Evil. Can't do it. Currently in the top 5000 for Venusaur tho
-
Got gengar to be the best it can be, maxed out and with the 1 mega speedup I can use on it.
-
I'm officially stuck on Mewtwo's stage it seems. I've never really been good at the Expert stages but jeez, it can at least show some mercy, it's eaten like ten thousand of my coins and I haven't been able to beat it once
-
So, I went all out for the Venusaurite last night and used Attack Power ^ + Mega Start with Glalie / Moltres / Articuno / Scyther.
I woke up this morning to find that my score of ~24,000 was enough to land me in the top 12,000 and earn me the Venusaurite. Sharpedonite is the next mega evolution stage, so it seems like Mega Venusaur will be useful.
Meanwhile, Gengar is really becoming a pain to beat. I can't mega evolve Sableye fast enough to do some real damage...
-
Got the sharpedonite, barely missed that charizardite y and I have latias and her (it's viewed as a she iirc) megastone.
How are you guys doing?
-
I obtained the Sharpedonite, and I must say I really enjoyed the mega (from level 4 when I obtained it to level MAX now); Mega Charizard Y wasn't much of a problem (I even acquired the Mega Turbo, totally not a rip off of "Candy Crush", which is absolutely not a rip off of "Candy Swipe") and I would enjoy the mega if it wasn't for Mega Latias, which is demanding my attention in order to obtain the Mega Turbo at level 70 (current team: Level 7 Latias, level 7 Dragonite, level 7 Rayquaza, and level 6 Haxorus).
-
I'm at 70 right now and I'm running a 5 latias, a 7 xerneas, a 5 dragonite and a 6 articuno.
Correction, just got my rainbow candy.
-
My Micro SD Card died last month so I've had to start all over again. T.T I still got my Sharpedonite but all over data was lost.
Still, already back up to Mega Aerodactytal so slowly recovering what I lost (I'd advice backing up your SD Card's save data regularly if you don't want to lose all those many hours... @_@ )
-
Am playing the mobile version now as it's more easily accessible for me (: Everything's so expensive! Why should I pay 5k coins for Attack Boost when it's just 3k in the 3DS version? Such a pain ): And the Meowth level's pretty.... uhh... I don't like its unpredictable-ness in giving out coins.
On the 3DS, I still haven't beat Gothitelle. Been too busy trying to get Safari Pokes and Dusknoir. Gourgeist really hates me...
-
To all the people who use ditto in competition: Screw you
-
I feel like I can never get any of the competition mega stones. Everyone always burns coins or just has really powerful pokemon for it or something.
-
Mega Banette is an easy one for me since I had a stockpile of coins and most of my pokemon were maxed out. I still hate ditto users though. >.>

What does ditto do and why is it such a big deal?
-
Ditto does the same thing it did in Trozei, and the big deal is that it hasn't been released so whoever has it hacked it.
-
Anyone else stuck on Mega Gengar? T.T
Oh well, it's downloaded on all my 3DSs so... XD
