I'd say Earthquake over grass knot on Emboar, for a physical move, as special isn't great for Emboar.

But as for the last two members; Mienshao is great, but you already have a fighting type, it may still be worth considering. Haxorus is a nice choice for in game as well, here's move sets for both:

Mienshao
Ability: Regeneratir
Adamant/Jolly (+Atk/Spd, -Sp. Atk)
-> Hi Jumo Kick
-> U turn
-> Stone Edge
-> Swords Dance

Haxorus
Ability: Mold Breaker
Adamant (+Atk -Sp. Atk)
-> Outrage
-> X-Scissor
-> Earthwuake
-> Dragon Dance

I wouldn't recommend using both, as they're very similar in use in game, use one boost and sweep.

Hope that helped, at least s little  ;)

Thanks! I'll consider using Haxorus, it seems like a solid Dragon type. I was thinking about using a Psychic or Ghost type as my last Pokemon. I've never used a Ghost type before, so I think it would be fun to use one...
Any suggestions? :)

Either Chandelure (special fire type compliments Physical dragon type) or Golurk (unique typing, very good in game).

Chandelure
Ability: Flash Fire
Modest (+Sp. Atk, -Atk)
-> Energy Ball
-> Flamethrower/Fire Blast
-> Shadow Ball
-> Hidden Power (preferably fighting, but any type bar Dark or one already covered is ok)

Golurk
Ability: Iron Fist
Adamant (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
-> Earthquake
-> Shadow Punch
-> Drain Punch
-> Ice Punch/Fly

Fly isn't great, but in game it's power may be preferred over Ice Punch.

Personally, I think Chandelure is superior, but I'll leave it with two choices.

Golurk, although that would leave you with a huge water weakness, chandelure has that same crippling water weakness.

I have chosen Flygon as the last member of my team, with Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Flamethrower and U-Turn (until I can get Solarbeam).
Awkward :/

Ah, I didn't realise Flygon was in B/W2, but he's a very good choice. However, I wouldn't recommend SolarBeam, as it not only takes two turns, but it also runs off Flygons weaker Special Attack. The moveset I use on my competitive Flygon is:
-> EarthQuake
-> Dargon Claw/Outrage (I use outrage, but dragon claw has its merits)
-> U-turn (not so good in game, but still useful)
-> Stone Edge (A great move to go with earthquake)
