Ordinarily I don't bother with posting leaks/rumours but as I mentioned in another thread, a leaker by the name 'Hiro' has had an impressive track record when it comes to leaks: from leaking the B/W starters weeks before they were announced (Look up the 'Wottergate' scandal) to leaking various HG/SS information and confirming the new Mewtwo form, 'Hiro's leaks have never been wrong.

A matter of minutes ago he leaked to a Spanish Pokemon community (Where the other leaks have taken place) and his private twitter feed. The types of Xerneas, Yveltal and Sylveon, he claims:

Xerneas is Fairy Type
Sylveon is Fairy Type
Yveltal is Dark/Flying type

I can't provide any links (as it goes against the site rules) but this is a very interesting prospect and as mentioned, Hiro has never been wrong before.

Obviously nothing is official until it's official, but this is the only rumour that holds weight so far (And Hiro's rumours hold a lot of weight). Thankfully, it seems like Hiro seems to leak info closely before the official announcement, so hopefully it won't be long from now.

So. This is pretty much what I have been expecting all this time through close research of the Pokemon games and Sylveon/Ninfia.

Discuss away?

That's right, Pokemon's official Facebook page (And Pokemon Smash) announced that there would be a big X/Y related reveal next Saturday (6/4/2013).

This will probably be detailed in the Corocoro issue to follow the weekend after.

Games General / What I Trained - What I Expected - What I Got
« on: March 21, 2013, 03:48 »
Okay so some of you may already be familiar with this kind of thread from other places. The way it works is pretty simple: In the template provided you put a picture of what Pokemon you trained, what you were expecting and how it actually turned out for you. The general idea is to make it a little bit amusing, accurate or whatever with the pictures rather than being too literal about it, it can be good or bad.

Here are a few made by others to show you how it works:

Gaming / LoZ/Franchises You Never Bothered With? (Help needed)
« on: December 20, 2012, 02:52 »
Like everyone, there's a very popular franchise I haven't tried....until now. For some reason I have never even played a Zelda game before, but I'm looking to change that. Where should I start? Chronologically? I understand the games can be played reasonably separately but I want to really give the whole franchise a try. I have NES, SNES, GBC etc. etc. and I'm willing to play them in their original glory. I'm also not against trying a newer remake if anyone thinks it's a better idea?

What are some well known series of games that you just never tried despite them being hailed as classics

Gaming / Animal Crossing New Leaf [3DS]
« on: August 30, 2012, 15:39 »
Okay, the new Animal Crossing for the 3DS is called Animal Crossing: Jump Out, it'll be released in Japan late 2012 and in the first half of 2013 for North America/Europe. Here are some of the features:

-You are now the mayor of the town
-You can buy things such as benches, lampposts, fountains etc. to decorate the town
-Character customization has vastly improved, now you can customise tops, bottoms, shoes, sleeves etc.
-Interior design has improved too, there's MUCH more stuff you can put in your house and there are more options for customizing, such as whereabouts on a wall you want to place a clock.
-The village itself has improved and now is much bigger
-You can customize the living pace of your town to fit your own lifestyle, for example if you're more active at night you can change the town's status to 'The town that never sleeps' and have all the shops open late.
-You can customize the outside of your house too, ranging from a traditional Japanese house, a sci-fi house, a gingerbread house etc.
-Clothing patterns now use QR codes for sharing; no having to replicate a pattern online pixel by pixel!!
