Where do you post to get your name rated?

On the far left of the page, where it says site, click on Name Rater.
Then to the far right of the page, underneath where it says My Submissions, click where it says Submit a nick.

The name rater is really busy sometimes, so it might take a while before your name is rated.

I'm not sure. I don't think I've ever submitted a nickname before.
