hey every body this is the first one i've done so hope ya'll like it :)
right...
this it from worst to best.
right first we have rock i mean really? this type has QUITE a few disadvantages
and the best move that rock has is explosion! but i gotta say not as good as i thought.
second we got one of the newer types fairy!... i mean who want's say a zekrom to get completely destroyed by a fairy like jiggeleypuff it would be such and embarrassment u would be pretty annoyed if that happened to u.
next we got steel yes it may have a few EPIC pokemon such as Aggron, steelix and many other's that i can't really think of but think about the disadvantages there's ground fire water u would get destroyed in minutes
now there's bug not much i can say except that it's not that good tbh and there's many.MANY other types that would make u wish u had never picked a bug type in the first place
now there's normal... what else can i say i mean REALLY??? no advantages and many disadvantages not to mention ghost's immunity
fighting, i guess it's ok but not entirely the best it's got a few advantages and a lot of disadvantages but all in all it's alright
next there's electric got one major disadvantage but quite a few other advantages fairly good type if u ask me
now water good type few disadvantages good advantages hopefully in gen six they'll make a FEW more good water types
now psychic good type got quite a few good pokemon in this type and can't wait to see what gen six has to offer
grass next this type has got some MEGA powerhouses in it and gen six i'm sure has a lot more to offer so i really can not wait to see what's coming!!!
next fire and my friend would be glad to see that fire has rated quite high in my list i mean look at them all i'd tell u them but i wouldn't know where to start so i'm gonna leave that one to u
ghost... the pokemon that are in this type there's just LOAD'S and MANY of them are just AWESOME!!!
dark this type has a lot of AMAZING pokemon in it Zoroark, Bisharp, Sharpedo do i need say more? Oh and u can't forget darkrai now can u???
ground just this is an awesome type with groudon rhyperior and there's a LOT more that i just can't think of right now but i'm sure u will know
now flying there's just absolutely LOADS of flying type pokemon and all are just powerful hard to train (if u have the pokemon games) and at there final evolution? well i'll let u figure it out!
ice well one major weakness many strengths this type is home to my favourite pokemon,kyurem and if u look at all three of it's form's u will understand why it is so high in my list!!!
now my top favorite type of them all.... DRAGON!!! this is probably the best of the types it's home to MANY legendary's and to the persuado dragon's which base stats are higher than legendary's my favorite dragon out of all is haxorus it's stats are amazing and it's just a powerhouse!

Explosion isn't rock type! I like the idea but you need to revise your Pokemon knowledge. :police:

1. Psychic
2. Steel
3. Dragon
4. Ice
5. Flying
6. Rock
7. Fighting
8. Water
9. Grass
10. Electric
11. Dark
12. Normal
13. Ghost
14. Fire
15. Flying
16. Poison
17. Bug
900000000. Fairy (I don't like fairy...)

NO! The best type is BLAZIKEN! :tongue2: Just kidding. It's my favorite pokemon though.
Here's the order of my 3 favorite types:
1.Fighting
2.Fire
3.Dragon

ice well one major weakness many strengths
Erm... Ice is weak to Fire, Fighting, Rock & Steel, and only resists ice... It has many major weaknesses.
Offensively, it's SE against Dragon, Grass, Flying and Ground, which is quite impressive, apart from 4 types resist it as well (Steel, Fire, Ice & Water). It's not a great type for matchups, it's only really used to slaughter dragons.

A) Explosion isn't rock type.
B) Fairy is to balance out the dragon types as they are usually stupidly strong.
C) Steel is not weak to water.
D) *Cough* Scizor *Cough*
E) Only gets one weakness and gets powerful moves like Hyper Beam, ExtremeSpeed and Explosion.
F) Electric only has two advantages.
G) "few" more. Pretty sure they will. Over 100 Pokemon are water types.
H) Grass is a good type but has 4 weaknesses. Ice, Fire, Flying and Bug.
I) Can't argue with fire really.
J) Ghost gets two immunities and two strengths. Can't really argue there.
K) Dark gets two strengths. That is it.
L) Ground gets three strengths. Can't argue I guess.
M) Flying has three strengths, three weaknesses. Pretty balanced.
N) Fighting gets five strengths and only two weaknesses. I say that is the best type in terms of advantages.
O) Learn to English.
*deep breath*

Steel is probably one of the best defensive types. Sure it has a couple of major weaknesses - fire in particular - but it has so many resistances that it sort of balances out.

The very best type has to be Poison, then comes my former, 2010 favorite, Ghost. Then, Dragon.

hey every one i just i thought i'd say that I've noticed that many of u are poison type lover's so i just thought I'd say that i'm sorry for not involving and if i do somet like this again then i promise that i will involve it

Dragon Pokemon are easily the best types around. They have so many that look really cool and in the earlier generations (especially gen one and two), it was hard to get one before getting all the badges. Clair in Crystal kept wiping the floor with me every time I started a new game. I had no friends that had a game link or played Pokemon so I was pretty much on my own.

I like dragon types, I just happen to think they are way too OP.

Steel is a fantastic type. Bug/Steel offers approximately 10 resistances, 1 weakness, 1 immunity and 5 non resisted types (Fight, Rock, Electric, Water, Ground). That is if I recall correctly anyways...
Fairy isn't the cutesy stuff type which you think would be embarrassing, GF seems to be leaning towards more of a mythological thing (bar that silly electric rodent). How is it embarrassing? Is it embarrassing that Psychic is weak to Bug. As it was said, it's only to balance Dragons out.
Fairy is an interesting type really. Theres a lot of variety they could do, particularly with mythological Fairy Pokemon.

Making Mawile Steel/Fairy makes no sense to me. I personally alwats thought it should have been Steel/Dark due to it being classified as the Deciever Pokemon and it learns more Dark type attacks than Steel type. Plus deception tends to be a characteristic of Dark types.

well spriter one i did this thing late at night so i was tired and i wasn't thinking straight but u have a good point but i wasn't saying that fairy was an "embarrassing" type it's just i think there's no point in introducing a new type especially due to it being gen 6 so>>>

Last time a new type was made, it was Gen II. It was expected that anew type was coming. Also, GF must've seen how Dragons were getting OP, so that's why Fairy is SE against them.

Yeah, they needed to either make a new type; redo the type matchup system or spam Steel & Ice types. Obviously the best solution was a new type, even if some people (of which I am one) don't particularly like it being Fairy.

I'm going to wait to see a full list of the fairy Pokémon and how they play out in the new metagame before I make a fair judgement.

^ What he said. But so far, I like fairy types. However, my favorite is still fighting.

I'm just basing this on my favourite types to use, not in order of 'best' or 'strongest'. I'll do my top 5 :)
1. Fire. I've always loved the Fire types, ever since I picked Torchic as my first Pokemon! I prefer double-typed Fire Pokemon than pure Fire. I've always liked the Fire/Fighting Pokemon but I hope that they'll change it up a bit in Gen 6.
2. Ice. My favourite Ice type is Mamoswine, which is Ice/Ground. Ice is great for taking out the Dragons, but obviously has major weaknesses, although I've always liked them. Except Jinx. Eww.
3. Electric. Having only one weakness, Ground, Electric seems like a pretty formidable type to me. My favourite pure Electric types are Luxray, Ampharos and Blitzle, although Zebstrika doesn't have the same appeal.
4. Ground. Ground types always come across as quite bulky, which I like. They have good attacks though, and some awesome designs to boot.
5. Dark. I've always been a bit attracted to having a Dark type in my team. I don't know why I like them, I just do.
