Print Page - Can't access the home page

Every time I try to access the site via the http://pkmn.net/?action=news link, I get an error message.

Fatal error: Class 'CFeatureImplementation' not found in /home/pkmn/public_html/subs/actions.php on line 206

I have to delete the ?action=news part of the link to get on the site.

I'm using firefox, I don't know if any other browsers have the same problem.

The homepage is http://pkmn.net/

The news section is broken though. I'll see what I can do
