I crashed an ATV in the rockies and as a result tore a muscle that hasn't grown back properly. Now I have Gregory House-like leg pains if I've been walking for a while.
My friends dared me to pee on an electric fence once... OUCH.

Ride the Dragon Challenge at Universal Orlando. What a rush, of the two, I rode the Chinese fireball. Top speed of 60 (mph), 115 foot drop, 2 lmmelman loops, an air time hill, a downward right helix, and 2 corkscrews. My head was spinning for a while.
It depends; Insane as in :wacko: or insane as in thrilling?
For the first, probably back-flipping from a (quite low) roof. We were out, and there was this small shed you could climb onto the roof of. One of my friends jumped off, saying that no-one else would dare, so I decided to prove him wrong and backflipped off...
For the second; pretty similar to Blaze's, except it was X2 in Six Flags, probably the best coaster I've been on, but I still think they need to make better ones :( Anyway, here's a picture of it:

It's got a car where the seats spin so that you're upside down at points, it's got a 215ft (vertical!) drop, and a top speed of 122km/h (76 mph).
Avoiding anything illegal which I obviously can't mention lol I did jump out of a moving bus, hit a car as I leaped out which spun me and threw me backwards (forwards?) and I landed on my back in the road facing the opposite direction to the bus, my head landed exactly where the huge bus wheel was headed for. My head was right in it's path and I moved it just in the nick of time before my skull was literally turned into paste on the road. I was literally inches from it and it seemed so huge from that angle, it was terrifying. I was right outside my house too so my mum would have seen the mess in the street had it gone wrong and that's the worst part IMO. Seeing a tragedy like that would have been awful, I never did it again.
I also used to jump off the school roof and stuff like that which was pretty high up and also get super air on the trampolines at school to the point where I could hold onto the girders on the ceiling. You've probably seen some people on youtube do this and I can tell you, it's way scarier coming down than you think.

Me and my friend finished a 40oz/bar standard bottle of Vodka in about 2 hours one night and I k.o'd on the floor. Only time I've ever passed out drinking aha.
I've never done anything that mental - jumped off a waterfall about the height of a normal high diving board once, that's about it.
I'm spending September in South Africa on a conservation internship, diving into tiny little cages to get very up-close-and-personal with the biggest sharks in the world, though.. that's pretty terrifying. Watched some videos shot by people who've done the course already and the sharks slam right up against the boat with MOUTHS OF SHARP THINGS gaping, and they kinda gnaw on the cage bars from time to time.. casually terrified. In a good way. I'm assured it's totally safe but that hardly helps when there's a Great White being all "OM NOM HUMAN I HELP YOU I GET YOU OUT OF CAGE" in your face.
But yeah, nothing worse than that, I don't have any bad injury, stupidity or drinking stories ^^;

Suppose the most insane thing I've done is fly a glider. At least in a real aeroplane you have an engine.
doing a rainforest tree top zip line in costa rica upside down which is totally not safe and approved in the usa. also, going down a water slide that goes like 35 mph top speed head first because the guy said it'd be funny and nobody would stop me. also not allowed in the USA pretty sure.
another good one was when nobody picked me up from work so i walked home... i live in a rural / suburban town and the only way home was backroads that werent lit by anything but cars driving by, and i had no way to contact anyone while i walked down the street hoping i wasn't going to die from a person or wild animal. was walking from like 11:30 to 1 am

There must be a detail I am completely missing that compelled you to do this. Were you just too lazy to walk from one bus station to your house?

Ohhh jesus christ that is awful, I literally put my head in my hands a bit reading that.
One time I had my big toenail KICKED OFF. I used to do Kung Fu and I took a really hard sweep directly to the toenail which pushed it INTO my big toe and lifted it up. I was so engaged with the sparring that it felt painful but I just ignored it, then as we were moving around I realised something was slippery on the floor, I look down and see smeared blood everywhere and my foot was just a mess, the moment I saw it the reality kind of set in and it just hurt so much. The crazy chinese guy I was sparring with genuinely seemed a bit disappointed we had to stop because we were sliding around in blood. :???

lol no it was just pure stupidity, I just thought it would be a cool thing to do. This is gonna sound so dumb but to be honest it wasn't until I was literally out of the bus door in the air that I was like 'Oh crap I'm gonna hit the ground running, this isn't like jumping off a stationary object'.
The cooking instructions said that the chicken had to be in the oven for 2 hours to make sure it's cooked all the way through.
I took it out and ate it after 1hr 58mins.
So hardcore.
