You read it correctly. Nelson Mandela has passed.
He was born into oppression, and died free. Mandela fought for his rights, as well as the rights of other Native Africans. He was a lawyer, author, thrown in jail, and even the President of South Africa. You can read his autobiography, "Long Walk to Freedom" anywhere you can find it.
This great man will be missed. Goodbye sir. :'(
Nelson Mandela was an inspirational man. 95 is a pretty good age to live to, too.
It's easy to say 'the greatest man who ever lived' after anyone great dies, but it's none more true for Mandela.
What people don't realise is that if they actually read about the apartheid, they'd see how much of a big deal that guy was.
^ I read his autobiography, which he wrote in jail

Very different to the one Hitler wrote in jail, isn't it? :P
R.I.P Mandela, I don't think any more needs to be said than that he was a good man, through and through.

don't go there! hahaha I laughed way too much because Mien Kampf is just funny.
Nelson Mandela's body may have been dead but his legacy will live on forever!
^True. So true.
At the memorial service for him, I'm so ashamed of our president for this. Obama was acting like my 13 year old cousin!
