I don't know anything to do with QRs and Miis (I presume it's Wii related but I'm sure someone else can help there)
A PM is a personal message which can be sent between members privately so other members cannot read them, it's useful for talking between members or projects you could be working together on.
You can edit your custom title and personal text by clicking on the Profile section towards the top of the page, a drop down will appear and press Forum Profile.
Don't forget to check the rules and check the Say Hello board, there's a helpful sticky in there which explains a lot you might want to know =]

your QR cide I guess you'll need to upload as an image somehow. Then put a link to it in your signature (that's with your personal text and custom title)

You need it uploaded somewhere that has a url, then put that url inside the tag (//)
So say your image was google, you'd put [img]www.google.com[/img ]
