Title: Stone question
Post by: Ledyba on May 14, 2014, 20:38
(not Steven Stone,  that's Claire's area)

Hello PKMN.NET!  So I'm enjoying X for the first time & have caught a cool sword looking thing.  But I found cool looking sword thing will eventually need a dusk stone to evolve.  I don't mind,  but if they are a limited amount then I might have to reconsider my in game team, as I would like to keep my stones for my EV'd mon.   So  basically, are the evoultion stones limited, or is thefe a reliable way to get more.

Thank you for the help.

If you happen to use Pokémon Global Link's minigames, you can eventually get some after you have spent some Poké Miles in some ass berries other items.

Another way to get the stone is via Super Training: after you EV a Pokémon to the fullest, secret training is enabled; there, Aegislash minigame may grant you Dusk Stones.

In Super Training, you can get evolution stones like Shiny and Dusk stones pretty easily. In fact, I think all are available from Super Training. You just need the top scores to get them.

Fire / Water / Thunder stones are buyable in the Lumiose City stone emporium, too.

Oh come on, gdi ninjas ._______________________.

@DS - Yes, as you posted whilst I was typing

Super Training is the best bet. For the dusk stone you want to go at Watch Out! That's One Tricky Second Half. It might not come immediately and might not come with the best score, but give it a few goes and you'll get what you need

also, you get Water from the Water Cup, Leaf from the Grass Cup, Fire from the Fire Cup, Thunder from Follow Those Fleeing Goals, Dusk from Watch Out! That's One Tricky Second Half, Shiny from An Opening of Lightning-Quick Attacks and Dawn from These Long Shots Are No Long Shot, and Sun and Moon from Drag Down Hydreigon

Thanks for the answers, guys.

So it's an unlimited amount of stones within the game?

Basically, yes; until you are fed up trying to get them either with Global Link or Secret Training.
