Genesect, Keldeo and Deoxys cannot be traded over the GTS (so either people don't know this or they're just showing off their Vivillon like big spammy doodoobrains), but they can be traded directly with people who's friendcodes you have. So. Yeah.
I'm pretty sure that pokeball vivillon is the one that's only in france or the one for the 100m GTS trades. Like the former, so I can't help you with this, sorry.
