Just a heads up to anyone who has preordered the Steelbook edition from GAME, you won't get the preorder figures with them, you only get them with preordering the standard edition.
It's a bit annoying, since I really wanted to get the figures with the Steelbook edition but it looks like I have to preorder the standard edition to get my Groudon figure :(
This is strange because I heard a few people mentioning this before, but when I looked on the GAME website it said that steelbook pre-orders will get both. I've just looked now and can't see it. :(
When I put a pre-order down a few weeks ago, the GAME assistant said whilst he wasn't completely sure due to the wording of his docuement he thought the figures sold with only the standered edition. Emailed GAME for a confirmation (took a few weeks to get one..) during the wait I asked again at GAME to see if it was cleared up, I was told both editions came with the figure. Great I thought.
However, finally recived an email and the answer was a clear no.
Bizzare.
That's pretty lame, but all we get is a poster here in the USA with no option for a steelbook cover, so... :I
Yeah Richard our pre-order bonuses are crap. But free stuff is free stuff so I guess I shouldn't complain!

We haven't gotten pre-order figures since HGSS. I remember I got Lugia and mine was broken! Couldn't take it back though because I didn't know it was broken until two months later when I opened the box. Toys R Us has a decent pre-order bonus with Charizard X and Charizard Y plushies.
If you order from the Nintendo online Store you get the figures and the steelbook edition all for the same price as the regular game.

Having ordered from them in the past, they are just as good as Game if not better depending where you live I guess.
