Why can't I post in certain sections? Particularly the RP section.

Maybe you got hit by flood control without realizing it?  You post pretty often...

EDIT:  You can't post within 30 seconds of a previous post, if you do then that timer is reset.

I'm going with Lord Raven on this. You post more often than I do, and I post a lot. Maybe waiting a minute or two after your last post will help.

I took a long time typing it, so I'm 100% sure that's not it. I'll try again when I have access to the document I saved it as and see if it was just a fluke.
