Depends on the Ability. I would do Cute Charm for Female and Pixilate on a Male

Gender really doesn't matter unless you're using cute charm, which is a terrible ability honestly. Pixilate should be the first choice always and isn't reliant on gender.

One of my Sylveons is male (the perfect one), and then the other one is female.
