Speed Deoxys :: Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald Emerald-specific Stuff

In Emerald, Deoxys will take on another form - Speed. This form excels at Speed (you may have guessed) and obviously learns some different attacks to the other forms.

Deoxys, if you would want it, can be caught in the same way in Emerald as it can in FireRed and LeafGreen.
