Part of this info is wrong. If you'd have read my shard guide, admins, you'll have known that you no longer get evolution stones by shard trading, because the underground fulfils that requirement. You get TMs as well, like I've said in my shard guide.

Frollass/ Isnt it Frosalass .... what ever, but you can trade them for big things, I traded my frosalass for a Grantina!

What does RSE stand for? Only thing I can think of is Red, Silver, Emerald... is that it?
