Black & White Pokémon: Breeding Mechanics | Three's a crowd

On Route 3 lies the Unova region's Daycare Center. When you originally arrive here they will only take one Pokémon off you at a time. Rather than taking them to the Unovian Court of Pokémon Rights, simply wait until after you've later obtained your 4th Gym Badge - all of a sudden the lovely people will allow you to deposit a second mon with them, allowing your precious creatures to try and make babies.

Eww.

The past couple of generations have taught us all sorts of tricks about using Power Items to pass on IVs and Natures and all sorts of other rubbish we really shouldn't care about. Excitingly for all the geeks out there, these effects are all still valid in Black and White.

What you may be wondering however is how all these new Dream World abilities affect breeding. Can you pass on a Dream World ability through breeding? The answer is... sometimes.

To successfully breed a Pokémon with a Dream World ability, you will need your Dream World-ability-holding Pokémon to be a female. Breeding this female with a male will give you roughly a 75% chance that your baby will have the Dream World ability. And that is literally the only way you can do it. Dream World males can't pass on down their abilities. And if you use a Ditto in your breeding, you've had it, because that won't work either.

I'll leave you to start clearing room in your boxes.

The Ditto thing was referring to whether or not it allowed passing DW abilities to the kidlets. Obviously it can still breed with most anything with a pulse d:
