Besides the Elite Four, Unova houses some high leveled trainers for the player to challenge. They're quite useful for training as a good number can be rebattled.

Location: Undella Town (Spring & Summer Only)

Just like Black and White, Cynthia visits the Villa in Undella Town in both the Spring and the Summer and can be battled daily.
