It's good except for 1 thing: why is there a pokecenter in the town?
because your own PC cant acesses Bills PC and mabey no healing machine at Elms
But its New Bark town...There hasnt been a PC in any of the starter towns...
there had only been one starter town before this so maybe they just wanted to mix it up.
Maybe Elm didnt have a healing machine. Or maybe the lab was somewhere else besides the starting town (like D/P/P)
I'm probably wrong, but maybe...it's Olivine and instead of a dock to the SS Aqua, the long building (bottom right) is like the ferry buildings from Ruby and Sapphire. Notice how on 2 sides it's surrounded by water. New Bark only has water on the east.

Definitely New Bark, PC was probably for testing/debug purposes.
Doesn't this roughly look like Littleroot Town from Ruby/Saphire/Emerald? Maybe this map was recycled for Gen 3 games. Albeit with the center becoming your house.

A Newbark-sized Olivine that only has a route to the west? I don't think so.
