Now this is a new one, doesnt look like anything we've seen, but could it possibly be a replacement to cianwood? It seems doubtful, as there would be no gym which requires you to surf, which is a focus in each game. Actually, looking at things closely, this looks like a very fancy Mahogany town, but with Route 44 leading downwards instead of to the right.

Ignore the earlier comment, just saw the next image, this is not Mahogany, it looks like a completely new town.

It's Azalea. Cianwood (in the beta,) was to the right. This map makes a reference in the final by leaving the pokemon center still in-game.

Maybe it was a whole new town in between Violet and Union Cave, with the left path going to the Ruins of Alph, and the south path going down to another route connecting this town and Union Cave entrance.

Looks more like a early Cianwood to me.
