The 21st World Hobby Fair is happening right now in Osaka, Japan. Fortunately for us, video games are both a hobby, and a part of the world.

In terms of Pokémon, there's not much new going on unfortunately- although visitors were able to play race 'em up "Pokémon Dash" for the Nintendo DS. Apparently a secret Muchlax themed course can be downloaded wirelessly to your DS there. Interestingly, this is the second secret course for Pokémon Dash that we know about- another course can be obtained by playing Dash with a Pokémon Emerald cartridge plugged into the other cartridge slot of your DS.

Also at the Hobby Fair was a the trailer for the 8th (!) Pokémon film- presumably by now they've exhausted all possible film plots, so it's time for "Ash mows the lawn... and cut's down his Mum's Mr Mime's flowers by accident!", or at least a rip off of Chucklevision.

The fair also acted a giant plug for the fourthcoming Pokémon Theme Park that opens in 59 days from now, in Japan. PUK will hopefully have more news on this as the opening becomes sooner and time becomes later.
