PKMN.NET administrator gains another ring

Every visitor here knows his username - Typhlosion. A large number know his first name - Mike. Some people know that the 29th of August is his birthday. And now you can know that he is turning 19 on this very day.

Thanks to the recent PKMN.NET meeting and shared admin holiday, we have learned a lot of embarassing facts about this young man. Since we need to fill this update and since we enjoy making the guy blush, we will be mentioning some of them here. Feel free to use them as appropriate:

• He does not like his hair ruffled. We have tried several times over, and every time his hand went to his hair to put it right. Not that it mattered, because those cute curls kept returning anyway.
• He is ticklish. His sides are a prime target. He does, however, immediately take on a defensive posture, but does not mount a counter attack, making it easier to attack. Feet, however, are not a possible target.
• He cannot distinguish left from right. Exiting the tube at the same place every time, he consistently turned left where he had to go right. The exception is when finding a theatre - he immediately went in the right direction there.
• It is difficult, if not impossible, to hit him when you throw things at him. In particular, his gift is that he can direct them to go through open windows instead. This makes it difficult to deal with him when he gets annoying and taunts you.
• He is generally quite angry. It can be difficult to make him smile. Even if he should do so more often.
• He hates it when the shower is wet because people did not dry it. He changes his showering schedule from morning to evening over such an occasion.
• He isn't as difficult to understand as many people may think. In fact, it's quite easy. You have more difficulty with, say, the overly-posh accent of certain other admins.
• He hates butterflies. But at least he's not afraid of dogs!
• He owns more than just football shirts. In fact, he even owns at least one shirt. The tie-situation is, however, still undetermined.

He actually reads newspapers as well!

What's more important now, however, is that he is 19 years old. It's a less interesting ages than many that came before, but as a personal word: Mike, it may not have started good, but the next year is going to end up being great after all.
