Tyranitar	Aoraki Named after a New Zealand mountain (also called Mt. Cook) and is the highest mountain in the country. I wanted something that conveyed sheer size and strength, as well as had an geological ancientness to it, just as Tyranitar did. After a bit of research into some mountain ranges, I found the mountain Aoraki (a very stunning mountain) and named my soon-to-be tyranitar after it! Pikachu	Raijin In pokemon Ultra he's actually Raijin Jakka (Yes the name fits). Raijin means Lightning Person Jakka means Formation With the way Japanese grammar flows, the name basically means Person who forms the Lighting. Sylveon	Madeleine - When I was choosing a nickname for my then newly hatched shiny female eevee in Pokémon Ultra Sun, I wanted to name her after a French food since I had already decided that I would evolve her into a sylveon, and sylveon first appeared in Pokémon X and Y which takes place in the Kalos region, a region based off of France. I searched for some French foods on google and I found Madeleine, which is a small butter cake. Madeleine is also a girl's name, and it is the name of the author who wrote A Wrinkle in Time, one of my favorite books. I think it's a cute name, and now it's one of my favorite girl names. Lugia	Suzu I recently found a shiny Lugia and I've had a devil of a time trying to name it. Silver Wing and Silver are used a lot and I did some research and found Suzu which means bell in Japanese.
