Ooh, well, have a Mach Bike, have beaten the Elite Four, and have flown to Pacifciciiidlog Town. Then surf east from there, and east and east, and there should be a new island with Sky Pillar on it, and a Rayquaza on that when you get past the puzzle!
Oooh, ooh, another cool section. Look at Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald !!! Isn't that kewl???
