Pokepower: Rain Dance As often as you like during your turn (before you attack) you may attach 1 Water Energy to 1 of your Water Pokémon. (This doesn't use up your 1 Energy card attachment for this turn.) The power can't be used if Blastoise is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.

Seems like we know more about this... 'thing'!

Arguably the best card in the set, and actually, 1 of my first
ColtDrummer on Wed Jun 11 17:44:47 2014.
One of the most memorable moments was opening a booster pack and pulling this card out.
