I'm probably the only teenager who hates sleep and is always disgusted at himself because he wakes up after 10 PM (but what else can I do when I go to bed at 2-4 AM?)

When I was an early teen, I was like that ^

I now regret it because I barely scrape 5'2" and it's now a proven fact that sleep is essential to growth.

I am a Christian, as some of you might know. However, I do not consider myself 'religious', as I feel the term implies like super holy, prays every time they have a free minute, reads the bible every day etc.

I'm actually a mid-late teenager and i'm 5'10" so...  i get like 8 hours everyday so it doesn't matter too much.
