Oh gosh except for stir fries. I love chicken breast in stir fries <3 They suck up some of the oil/juice if you put the vegetables in before the chicken and then when I eat it I go 'awaah <3~' because it's so tender and gah I can't describe it ;;

oh god if you get the amount of oil just right
and everything is scantily cooked and light and crispy and if you have baby corn in there and it just crunches so satisfyingly when you eat it
and if you use sesame oil diluted in some carrier oil (cos sesame seed oil burns if you use it on its own) and its all just
fdsjfdfkjdsfhds
a good 5 or 6 minutes of flailing about and doing fancy pan tossing manouveres to impress everyone no-one and its all just done so quickly

and the chicken is just
fffffffffffffffffffff
i just want to put my face into it and BECOME the meal

its 2:10am in the morning and i want stir fry I AM NOT ALLOWED

Bought both the book and DVD of Stardust, and another NG book. And some other things. Almost bought those orange shoes, I keep regretting turning them away. ;-;

I've passed all my Philosophy modules :D  B-, B, B and A, with a C- in one Criminology module. Only one result left to wait for nowwww
And I just used "cheers" instead of thank you for the first time in forever... I forgot how much that made me smile. <3

It may push back the date when I go back home, but it'll be worth it! <3  haven't been out with Rachel properly in many months, and going to Fever and Roadmender will be a few nights worth remembering!

Long journey over, I have arrived at my grandparents.

I have never been so chilled out in this flat...! Having a wonderful evening of solitude. Spent a few hours in the kitchen, cooking and eating my chicken noodle stir fry [turned out pretty well for a first try!], had a cappuccino, and watched the trees and rabbits outside from the kitchen window. Listening to my own music in the kitchen looking at the grass and trees in the evening sun is wonderful<3
I will now finish watching season 4 of Hell's Kitchen, and then watch/read Stardust :D

Season 4 has pleased me<3  not like season 3, where I was hugely disappointed. :|
