i tried to play real guitar but gave up because it was TOO HARD and i was not very good at it (nerd voice)

of course it was too hard, thats what everything is like for the first few months, is this a concept you are all new to because you cant IV hatch for it or something

Training Pokémon on a SoulSilver nuzlocke...reminds me of all the threads spawned by satan Richard and Blaziken's nuzlocke (which was also run alongside someone else's nuzlocke...can't remember his name?). They were good, but RB's was probably the best.

Tim (Enigma) did the B/W Nuzlocke with me and we created a story out of it, and I'm actually pretty proud of how that Nuzlocke turned out. We also did HG/SS, but we stopped writing the story because things got too complicated and we were honestly just having too much fun in playing. I did finish the HG Nuzlocke too though, but only Tim and I know how that one turned out.

And your post just made my day, so that's what's making me happy right now. I wouldn't be opposed to doing another Nuzlocke with someone that wants to write it out into a story with me.

Actually, I quit guitar after 3 years of having weekly lessons and still not being able to do it.

Tbh I think my hands are just too small for instruments. That's why I like ukulele.

I rented Frozen and watched it last night! One of the best Disney animated movies ever made!

Well, today was the last day of official league bowling. My average was gone from 61 to 90 and it was my first year. Guess which team we faced, right, the best team in the league. I got 3 doubles (two strikes in a row for those of you scoring at home) and the last time a got a double, a 9. A 9. My heart shattered, but I make the stupid 3 pin pay for its crimes. 

Anyways, my first game was 126 and we lost. Something in me must've said, "I'm not taking this crap." and I got 155 the next one and we won by 40. Then I got a 118 the next game and lost. Every game, both teams had a combined total of at least 1300 points. Everyone gave it their best and it was really fun.

Oh, and this girl got 9 strikes in the same game and a 267. The highest scoring game in the league all year, male and female. I'm so happy for her.

 Had a fun day out with the guys  We're going to this cocktail bar next month, so I'm having a look around for a shirt and hopefully a pair of trousers, I think I've got shoes for it.

serious answer, if you ever suddenly go "oh no my life direction is being van halen!!! i need to learn the guitar!" but the hands situation, then i think they do like 3/4 size and 1/2 size guitars if you ever want to pick it up again? ofc you're probably set on the ukelele so thats also ok


i mean i found the fingering easy (whoaaahaaao hohoh oh oh hey) on the guitar/bass but that was because i spent Years 5-8 sucking horribly at the cello so i had an unfair advantage (at the cost of being stuck holding the neck classical guitar style FOREVER)

I actually prefer to hold the guitar the wrong way around x.x I play guitar hero strumming with my left hand  and it's the same with normal guitar. I can play it the right way round, but it's just more comfortable for me.

Watching two episodes of Mock the Week and then it's football. Yay.

Haha I'm in the realm of playing a cheap right handed ukulele left handed
Which sounds awful
I learned a whole bunch of chords but couldn't play them very fast and I couldn't keep rhythym
Which is the exact opposite of my issues in learning the piano
So I feel like if I break out my old keyboard and learn both together I can be the next Amanda Palmer???
Because I want to play Mouse and the Model and Delilah and The Point Of It All and Ukulele Anthem etc
